Terrible, not user friendly. I can't migrate my membership because the sales person didn't put my license plate in correctly when I signed up and it doesn't give me option to contact support to fix

this is a ok wash it used to be better but now it seems like no one wants to work like just showing up is enough for a paycheck. they run the wash too fast so I still have soap on my car when I exit the wash . they don't spray it like they were as you enter the wash it's too much work for them

this app is very frustrating. I go through all the steps and still end up - contact a human...which means wait for them to reach out to me on their time. solutions through app - less than 50% has been my experience.

Zips Car wash is my absolute favorite car wash! Their unlimited washes subscription only costs as much as two basic washes per month and it's worth every penny! You can go through their drive thru literally every day! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Great wash location. I have the membership. It is car-specific, however, the location showed me how I can add vehicles and get washes using my membership reward points. I was able to wash my girlfriend's car using those points without spending anything extra. Highly recommend this place. Great service. Thanks Zips!

They say you earn enough points for a free wash just for downloading the app. It told me I had 50 points but never credited the points to my acct.

Tried 3 times to join and got all the way to Tag info and it won't take it. You need to fix the app so people can join.

I bought a discounted car wash but I can't use it because the app will not stop doing the first loading page over and over and you cant access your washes from the browser!

Vert difficult to add an existing membership to plan kept asking for state of license plate. I would highlight state and enter and the kept coming back asking for state. ready to cancel all membership as very difficult. Staff at car wash not helpful as they just tell me to go to the mobil App.

The app is garbage, I love my local carwash and the members there. But the app is worthless, I have been a member of zips since it opened in my town ( approx 5 years) and ever since the app launched I have had problems. I never experienced any issues prior to the launch of the app. The app is driven by another company and makes no since. The customer service at the local zips is awesome. The manager and other team members are outstanding. But it is embarrassing to have problems every time I go.

Frustrating app. It doesn't allow for you to migrate your plan to the app. It also kicks you off the page as you are filling in requested information, then you have to go back and start over multiple times.

The car was not cleaned or dried. The app said I have no accounts, and I have 17 cars registered and paid for. The help line could only elevate the issue. I canceled all of my cars and they didn't even get that correct. They still show 3 active and 1 that doesn't show will give me a premium wash all day long however no matter how many times I run it through it still has dirty wheels and bugs on the front the same bugs

I wish it was easier to merge the vehicles I have on the original plan that I signed up for in person to the app. Currently you can't do it with out the knowledge of knowing you won't get double billed. I'd like some sort of confirmation that this won't happen as it currently asks you to put another source of payment to merge the vehicles. I'd like to add a 3rd vehicle to my plan but won't, knowing that double billing is a real thing. This is a big that should be fixed.

Error codes a plenty on this app, can't migrate my membership w/out errors, can't upgrade membership to add a car. This app is of no use to a member if they can't do a thing with it. Support just sent a reply, but its the same thing I've been through. Apps are supposed to be convenient, this is definitely not. I will call support and see if they can help.

App is pretty much useless and the car washes aren't much different. In order to cancel, you have to pause your membership and then later be billed for an additional month that you probably won't use because all of their locations are constantly under maintenance. None of your membership can actually be managed via the app, so it's kind of pointless to download it.

You can't cancel your existing membership. The migration process is also really poor even if you wanted to keep your membership. There are no instructions on how to enter your RFID number and my license plate search wouldn't work because my account apparently doesn't have my license plate. I also don't appreciate that I can't cancel my membership at the location in person and have to call customer support. Seems like a shady business practice under the guise of "better customer service".

This app is difficult to navigate, it doesn't have information regarding my actual plan. please include a button that shows the activities included in my membership. I should easily be able to find what is included in my membership. You could even include a list of memberships and what each level offers. I really don't see any purpose for this app.

They advertise wash purchases on the app, even offering double points 1 day a month for purchases in the app along with other specials. yet when you try to take advantage of it, it says "we have stopped purchases within the app. You have to go to the car wash and get an attendant to redeem points or take advantage of an app special.... holding up the line. Either have a fully functional app or not one at all.

This app just spins & never actually works. I canceled but was charged 2 times afterwards. I emailed saying I want to cancel but they charged me again & for more money then I paid for when I had unlimited previously. I wouldn't recommend it. You cannot reach anyone & when you ask for a call back they just keep replying it will be canceled next month. Don't waste your money. I'm not even in a state that has a Zip's but they keep on taking money out of my account.

It seems convenient. However, they push these in app discounts but any time you try and redeem they've never worked. Supposedly by hitting the redeem button and going through the buying process they'll get added at checkout and they don't. The other issue I have is why do they need all your car information, including license plate numbers? Seems like unnecessary details not pertinent to washing cars.
