Terrible, not user friendly. I can't migrate my membership because the sales person didn't put my license plate in correctly when I signed up and it doesn't give me option to contact support to fix
this is a ok wash it used to be better but now it seems like no one wants to work like just showing up is enough for a paycheck. they run the wash too fast so I still have soap on my car when I exit the wash . they don't spray it like they were as you enter the wash it's too much work for them
this app is very frustrating. I go through all the steps and still end up - contact a human...which means wait for them to reach out to me on their time. solutions through app - less than 50% has been my experience.
Zips Car wash is my absolute favorite car wash! Their unlimited washes subscription only costs as much as two basic washes per month and it's worth every penny! You can go through their drive thru literally every day! 10 out of 5 stars!!
Great wash location. I have the membership. It is car-specific, however, the location showed me how I can add vehicles and get washes using my membership reward points. I was able to wash my girlfriend's car using those points without spending anything extra. Highly recommend this place. Great service. Thanks Zips!
They say you earn enough points for a free wash just for downloading the app. It told me I had 50 points but never credited the points to my acct.
Tried 3 times to join and got all the way to Tag info and it won't take it. You need to fix the app so people can join.
I bought a discounted car wash but I can't use it because the app will not stop doing the first loading page over and over and you cant access your washes from the browser!
Vert difficult to add an existing membership to plan kept asking for state of license plate. I would highlight state and enter and the kept coming back asking for state. ready to cancel all membership as very difficult. Staff at car wash not helpful as they just tell me to go to the mobil App.
The app is garbage, I love my local carwash and the members there. But the app is worthless, I have been a member of zips since it opened in my town ( approx 5 years) and ever since the app launched I have had problems. I never experienced any issues prior to the launch of the app. The app is driven by another company and makes no since. The customer service at the local zips is awesome. The manager and other team members are outstanding. But it is embarrassing to have problems every time I go.
