so far, so good! Best part is, it's free! You can do so much on this app and it's been really easy to make invoices for my husband's new business. It helps to make customer interaction professional and easy for customer's convenience. I LOVE how I can keep up with all customers and literally everything we do for them, including receiving payments and contact info. It's super easy!

Great fee app without annoying adverts, which you see less of these days. Feedback so far - when searching for a customer if you don't put Mr. Infront the of the name then it doesn't bring up the client.

Zoho has been a game-changer for our business. It made managing clients, tracking work, and keeping everything organized so much easier. The system is very user-friendly, and it saves us so much time every day. What I appreciate most is how reliable it is, once it's set up everything just works. The support team has also been excellent: quick to respond, professional, and always willing to guide us when needed. I would highly recommend Zoho to any business.

my experience was good but today the app is not working and I have so much pending invoices please resolve my issues app is just stuck on dashboard nothing else is working

absoutely love this product. they should hire me to to introduce it to small business owners, if I could teach my husband... I could teach anyone how to use it! so easy and has all the functions we need to stay organized and do it quickly.

Zoho Invoice is an excellent app that helps me keep organized, keeps my clients/customers up to date with hours worked, amount paid and yet to be paid. As a contractor this is especially important as the majority of my jobs are large sums with long hours. With Zoho, we are able to stay transparent in an interactive way on both the clients side and my own. I would recommend anyone working for themselves give this app a try. And, it's FREE!! You really cannot beat that. Thank you Zoho Invoice!

Internet speed properly hitting on any other apps when i switch into this app it shows internet connection is not working. What kind of bug is that Idk but I know how much internet speed needed to do an invoice. Ye comment bhi usi internet se karliya enough speed h enough coverage bhi.

The app lacks flexibility in some important areas. For example, I cannot change the shipping address directly from the invoice, which is crucial since my clients often require deliveries to multiple addresses. Also, there’s no option to add additional shipping charges—I have to enter them manually. Even after configuring everything, many processes still feel manual and complicated. It would be great if these issues could be simplified for smoother invoicing.

An awful experience so far. I can't even make an account. the login page looks simple enough, but there is a hidden reCaptcha (from the 90's) that only appears after you press 'register', throwing up an error. Then you have to confirm your identity with a code that is sent to your phone number. it's been two days, still waiting on that code. I tried a few times and now I have a message saying I need to contact them to set the account up!? No thanks.

The application is really good, there is some things that are missing for example, I should be able to enter the cost of the item , in order to check how much profit I made in sales . also in the expenses I should be able to to change the status as paid or not paid. I also don't understand how expenses can be converted to invoice. it doesn't make sense I'll keep playing around with this and update this feedback. the option of having different template for the invoice is super nice

it has been great! Estimates, invoicing,Project management (track time and experience). Making billing time and materials super easy and CUSTOMIZABLE. Out of all the apps I have used, this is my favorite. Recently I switch & am trying Jobber & Housecall Pro. which is hard because of how great this app is! The only reason I switched was because I needed scheduling, organize texts and my team became more than 3 people. (Z.I. only allows up to 3 ppl) I'd rate higherif I could!

As a new business owner, looking for different options is key for me to find exactly what I need as well as keep costs low. I used AI to help me find an option for invoicing that also allows me to receive payment through the invoice if needed, and it recommended Zoho! I just sent out my first invoice and connected my stripe account successfully to it! (chose stripe over others based on other tools i have that also use stripe) The first payment was received with ease!

My experience with the app has been great, I haven't used it for long but the few time I used it was amazing. It's a nice app for any business owner, everything is there from payment receipts to invoices and also different payment methods. keep up the good work. I don't have any complaints so far and I hope it stays that way.

Absolutely love this app, I'm running my very small business on it and it's fantastic, my only issue would be it wouldn't allow changes in the initial setup, after I set it up and found it wasn't as I wanted I then had to delete the entire thing and start again instead of editing which was frustrating but now I've got it setup it's 5*

I used spreadsheet for invoicing or if it was just a few items then pen and paper, until I found this app. Zoho invoice has saved me a ton of time and keeping track of invoices is so easy. The only issue I have is it doesn't accept negative quantity for returned items, hence a 4 star rating since they don't have 4.5 star 😉, and I can't quite make it 5 star. The cloud based is so very handy too. Oh another thing, I wish the send feature would include WhatsApp option too.

Once I started using this invoice program it has been fantastic for my business. I work on industrial laundry equipment and it has fit me perfectly! There is some things that can be fixed like trying to find the customer you have to type in the exact match. It would be nice if You can just start typing in some common letters of the business name and it would find the customer. But this does not happen. Big bummer on that part, but it's a great invoicing program.

So many features for free! I love that I can add projects, tasks, and my own goods/services. What's even better is that I can create my own units for those goods/services. I'm a freelance editor and I charge per word or, sometimes, per page, so it's important that I can input these in invoices. Just a few minor things: (1) the ability to import my own invoice templates (I spent time creating my own and it would be nice to use it); (2) the ability to upload a cover that shows up behind my avatar (right now, the app is very plain looking); and (3) the ability to create a theme from the colors in my logo. The absence of these features in no way negatively impacts the app.

Could still use work. I am updating my review. I have bumped it up a star. Mainly for actually listening to their customers concerns. Very impressive. I still feel there is more needed. Why can't I simply copy any of the info (on my device) to paste it elsewhere. I always have to edit the contact. There are so many options to customize your email templates and such. However, I don't believe that you can customize the main page for client information. Again, they have done some great updates!
