Reviews for Zoho Mail - Email and Calendar

I switched to Zoho Mail for my professional email needs and haven't looked back. The service is incredibly secure and privacy-focused, offering an ad-free experience with strong encryption. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to use. Plus, the seamless integration with the Zoho Workplace tools (like Calendar and Tasks) is a huge boost to my daily productivity. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended for any business or individual seeking a reliable and secure email provider!

I liked the Zoho Mail app. However, it would be great if users could choose their preferred email layout. Currently, emails appear in a social media–style view, but I’d prefer a more traditional, separate view. Another improvement area is Gmail integration—while the Play Store screenshots suggest support for Gmail domain mails, I was unable to add mine despite multiple attempts.

Honestly, Zoho Mail feels like it’s made with real heart. 💌 It’s clean and super easy to use — no mess, no stress. I love how smoothly it runs and how secure it feels every time I use it. It’s not just another email app; it actually feels reliable and personal. Big thanks to the Zoho team for building something so simple yet powerful. 🙌

I'm still confused, why it's not logged in even after putting exact credentials. Always showing current account's session has expired. So, if this going on without using for a single time; have to forcefully uninstalled this app. Hoping for resolving this issue from developer. Update: After waiting one day, it's working like charm. Thanks for resolving this issue. Hope this will growing popularity in the coming days as Indian e-mail service. 👍🙌💖

Zoho Mail is one of the best email apps I’ve ever used! 💌 It’s clean, fast, and completely ad-free, which makes it a pleasure to use every day. The interface is modern and organized, making it super easy to manage multiple accounts and stay productive. I love how smoothly it syncs across devices, and the built-in tools like Calendar, Notes, and Tasks make it perfect for both personal and professional use. The privacy and security features are also top-notch

I have a great experience with zoho mail and I will continue with it . Here is the problem, I want to check my data where I was logged in apps but there is no option for that . So you have to improve your mail data management settings . That's all have a good experience too . 🙏

I can't say anything about it as I have faced a problem in 'sign in' since three days . I entered my Email ID and password and after this 'Redirecting to Application.... ' is appearing on the screen and commanding to click on 'continue' but nothing happened after pressing on 'continue'. So I couldn't sign in 😞😞 Edit : I already ' Signed Up '

Zoho Mail is a clean, ad-free email app with strong security and easy-to-use features. It supports multiple accounts, quick swipe actions, and offline composing. The integrated calendar and team collaboration with Streams make it great for work and personal use. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a professional, reliable email app on mobile!

Nice. Great. Has more, better and easy to use features than Gmail. I switched to Zoho Mail. ZOHO has all the options at one platform. I'm using Arattai, Ulaa Browser, Zoho Notebook, Zoho Mail, Zoho Book, Zoho sheet, Zoho Scanner, Zoho Text Scanner and many more. All are easy to use and operate. DRAWBACK: ONE CAN CREAT ONLY ONE E-mail ID WITH ONE MOBILE NUMBER. If you need 3-4 e-mail ID for your different needs(Occupations/office), you will have to have different mobile numbers. 4-STARS

Okay, seriously, I’m giving this thing five stars because it’s the only email app I’ve used in years that doesn’t stress me out. I was this close to just abandoning my inbox entirely—it was a total nightmare of junk, newsletters, and stuff I needed but couldn't find. This app cleared the chaos in like, a day.

And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

Just signed up and so far so good. For my needs, I just needed a basic email box, ability to receive new email notifications, a custom email address, and the ability to set up multiple aliases, and all of this was able to be done easily. You can't pay monthly, but even the price per year is great. I'm very happy so far.

Update: After a remote session with customer services, Mukesh, the issue was resolved. Apparently there was an issue on the Zoho Mail side that wouldn't allow the mailboxes to sync. All working great now. Very disappointed in this app. Unable to add another email account even after adding the extra mail account in the web browser. Seems like the settings don't sync with the actual account settings.

Updated- they responded and talked through a workaround. Not optimum This app says you can add another account, but when you click the "Add another account" link, it just reloads the account you already have loaded without ever giving you a prompt to type in the email/ password of asb additional account. I was hoping this app would solve my problem of having to logout/ login on a browser to each of my accounts, but I was sadly mistaken. Gmail is much better for users who have multiple accounts.

I think it's a great email app, especially with support for multiple emails. The only 2 issues I have is that once an email is sent or received, you can't highlight and copy/paste anything in that email as I do to edit things. Gmail has this. Also, it would be nice to be able to create folders in the app for email organization instead of having to it on a desktop unless I'm missing an option.

Edit: The missing email problem I had has been resolved, so I changed my rating. I like using the app so far. Users with slower connections may have problems viewing their emails and the default folders/tags take some getting used to if you're used to Google's "primary" inbox view. Another thing: selecting "all" doesn't show you all your emails, it just shows the main inbox mail and doesn't include the emails in folders, which is a little disappointing but not a deal breaker lol.

Pros: Overall a great app to use for just checking and replying to your Zoho mail. The user interface is intuitive and very clean. Checking and responding to emails is easy. Few to none glitches. What I dont like though, is that you're unable to set reminders on an email or schedule emails to go out at certain day/times. This can be a bit of a hindrance if you work a lot from your phone. Zoho if possible, please add the scheduling for email option to the phone app.

Solid app, but really needs the ability to add external accounts like Gmail. I would love to make Zoho Mail my one and only mail app, but that's impossible without the ability to add other accounts. Seems like a big miss in a time where everyone has email coming from multiple providers. I use Zoho as my main account, but have gmail and outlook as junk mail accounts. Not super important, but I do need to keep an eye on them. It would also be nice to have a really quick way to switch between accounts. Right now it's like 3 taps, but having a pattern of one or two (see outlook and gmail apps) would be a real plus.

I decided initially to adopt Zoho mail for all my email needs. I bought Their yearly subscription so I would have all features and decent support. However, if you are looking for an email software to rely on 100% I wouldn't adopt it as your only email client. About 1/3 of their great tools is only available for Zoho mail accounts. Their support lacks timely responses and when they do reply, it's just generic instructions you can figure out on your own. Disappointing 😞 No notifications either!

This email has been my go-to for several years now. Very reliable, but the BEST thing is the outstanding customer support! Upon every log out, you are asked if you are happy! If you indicate that you're not, there is a comment screen to explain why and literally within a few hours, you'll have an email from CS trying to make things right. Who does that??! The email is free, but they also have a complete selection of other complementary tools to run a biz. They definitely deserve your business!
