This app doesn't provide instant assistance to support executive. The option to call and connect to them is not available on app. Recently I have been having many delivery related queries where i have tried to raise multiple complaints but never got solution of customer support for once. There have been multiple times where I have ordered prepaid deliveries and never recieved one, yesterday was a birthday cake and thanks to the poor assistance we never got the cake to celebrate.

I can't even get a refund for the missing items in my order. When I tried to get this resolved in the app support, it says to email the issue to zomato support. when I emailed the issue, they denied the refund and said that we will raise this issue internally and make sure this doesn't happen again. this type of issues keep happening and they give the same generic response without a proper resolution. very poor and disappointing experience with the Zomato support.

The agents never deliver. They keep you hungry for an hour when the promised time is 20 mins, and customer support is a bot that always tells you to wait some more... and they wont let you reach customer support easily.. and after all this, they ask you to cancel your order. and yes, i am a Zomato Gold customer. i called the restaurant after this ordeal, and he delivered the food in 20 mins - good old fashioned way. and he threw in a discount as well Now go figure if you want to use the app

I’m facing a repeated issue while ordering. Whenever I select an item, the displayed price is reasonable, but during checkout, the final bill becomes much higher because of added charges like tax, delivery fee, and other costs. This creates a big difference between the shown item price and the total payable amount.This issue is disappointing and reduces my appetite, as I don’t feel satisfied paying much more than the original item price. I kindly request you to look into this matter.

worst experience. I had ordered at 8.07 pm yesterday and still to receive it!! They have no customer care no to make a contact. They have even closed the cancellation window for me. It was a prepaid order. So very pathetic!!! PS - To my surprise the app showed that the items were delivered at 12.25 am today which was actually not. ( false declaration made by the delivery partner/agent). However after several attempts my money has been credited to my account.

Zomato has given me one of the worst experiences ever. I placed my order on time, waited patiently, and even after more than an hour, there was no update, no delivery, and no way to contact support. The app just shows "order confirmed" with no further response. Customer care is completely unreachable, and the chat support is useless – just bots repeating the same thing. This is totally unacceptable, especially when we rely on food delivery for timely meals.

I had ordered my food through Zomato. It showed that the order was accepted. The time to deliver was shown as 30 mins. It also showed that the order was picked and on the way. The food that was supposed to reach in 30 mins, took 50 mins to get picked from the restaurant. The delivery person was not even interested in delivering the order. When we called him, he mentioned that he's delivering other orders. However after sometime I got a message that the order was delivered when it wasn't.

It is the worst app. to order food. Their restaurants show something else on display & description and deliver something very different. When you complain, their restaurants are always unresponsive. They're available only on chat, so chat agents would only give you petty credits if you face an issue, they don't care rectifying the issues. Forget about the refund, they can't even manage to deliver the correct order. There's no customer care number so there is no way you can catch them.

I ordered an item, it was showing 45 minutes for delivery. Even after 40 minutes, the delivery partner was not assigned. I tried to connect with support for the same and that's when it really went bad. I didn't receive any response to my Where is my order questions. it has been more than 15 minutes but I am yet to receive any response even a template one. Now, after an hour, they have assigned a partner and now they are showing 40+ minutes expected time. I think, we should not order on Zomato.

Please do not use this app, they just loot people, by charging high and also if you cancel your food within 5 mins with a gold membership, they will still charge you a cancellation fee and that fee is the whole amount you paid, unfortunately they force you to buy something you don't want to have, and also they take so much time to assign a dilivery partner, I had ordered many times within 1 km, but they never diliver anything on time, please don't waste your money on zomato,
