This is the worst the app ever. What happened the old version. I tried signing with my gmail about four times at the fifth trial it locked me out. If It were possible I would give a zero rating.

I have been unable to connect. As a result had missed some important zoom meetings. It's telling me to enter "sharing key." Which one is the key to share or enter?

Just closes the app when I try to add the sharing key. Instructions to use the control app to set up ndi are so confusing. Who wrote this?

Absolutely convenient, have used it several times and it was seamless. It safe you from d risk of traveling a long journey to attend a meeting, it safe time and money.

It's absolutely impossible to use I've had it for a few months now through my Tupperware account and I cannot use it at all and there is a zero support nobody to talk to either with Tupperware or with zoom zoom says talk to Tupperware Tupperware says talk to zoom. I'm done.

Zoom this is real not encouraging, since I updated my last zoom app on my phone I haven't been able to attend any zoom call on the phone... Please rectify this issue as soon as possible because I know am not the only one experiencing this. Thank you.

Doesn't allow an update & the play store keeps demanding a sign in password over & over, then still won't update. It's been this way 4 a week straight.

I can not even give this a rating. I have a google LG phone. I can not down load any of the free zoom apps. I have tried over and over and rebooted several times. I give this app a ZERO RATING

Why won't zoom request update until when a user wants to login into a scheduled meeting? It messes things up as i was unable to deliver a talk. This has happened twice.

Zoom just destroyed my one chance at a Very Important Meeting this morning. This entire app was worthless on my LG phone. Problems with no sound-unable to log in-TONS AND TONS OF PROBLEMS. The Toolbar would not let me join the meeting either.

I totally love this app and it is easier for my studies. Sometimes it has some problems when there is rainfall because of connection.. But for me it is awesome and I hope the app will get better

Zoom is a great platform with connecting people around the world but giving you an attendance report nada. I did 30 meeting at least one hour each and never it one issue that I had attended and went to court with my documents of attending these meetings and they wanted something from zoom as I did but zoom wasn't there for me and the court.Just beware....

The app is flawed and not fit for practical use. One needs to re-enter the sharing key sll the time. And if the app is in the background during a meeting and you bring it up again it shows the srart screen with no way to control the current meeting.

i hate this app I have been trying to sign up,it is not working,i also try to join a meeting using a link it is not working This app sucks 😤😤😤

For those of you who can't connect since the latest update (7/26/2021) try the following steps: 1) Reinstall this app, 2) Sign in with Email (don't sign in with Zoom), 3) log in with the email and password of your Zoom account. You should then be able to connect to your Zoom Rooms as before. This process worked for me. Authentication issues aside, I like this app as an alternative to using a keyboard and mouse to attend Zoom Meetings. 4/5 because the "Raise hand" option is buried under 4 menus and is impossible to access quickly, I need that next to the mute button for the way my organization holds Zoom meetings. I also wish I could store meetings in a bookmarked list and use this app to connect automatically. For what it is, this is a great step forward.

I downloaded this from Google Play store.. now I'm having problems creating an account and logging in.. it's not accepting any of my information ... can someone please help me... if not I'll just go ahead and uninstall it from my phone
