I'm getting familiar with it and enjoying seeing the various opportunities to participate in various classes. I'm excited about this new app. thank you.

always busy and antisocial, this app is how I ensure I get enough physical activity in my life right now. quick, accessible, and fun!

This app is a scam! They claim to offer a 7-day free trial, but as soon as I set up the autopay through Google Pay (as instructed by the app), ₹3,999 was deducted from my account immediately- without any trial period. This is completely misleading and feels like fraud. I demand a refund and request Google to take strict action against such deceptive practices. Do not install this app!

I'm unable to cancel my membership in the Zumba Instructor Licensing program and am getting billed monthly. There's no chat, email on the app to do this either.

I have been trying for over a month to delete my account, sending multiple emails and requests, but I have yet to receive any real help. For those considering signing up, please be aware that deleting your account is not as straightforward as it seems. Although it should be a simple process, in practice, your requests may go unnoticed. It's something worth considering before creating an account, as it can become frustrating later on

I love this app, nice to be able to do in the comfort of my home, great exercise options, and definitely have my favourite instructor. I would love to see a bit more of him

beware I was unable to locate the cancelation for this app during the 7 day trial and was charged $100. They will not process a refund or pro-rated refund, it was only after I was charged I could locate the information and you have to cancel from a computer. I might be wrong but it seemed deceptive and very complicated.

love the app, I first tried Zumba many years ago when it was on CD with Beto, the founder. the program has been refreshed since then and has live and recorded classes and a beginners section to get me back into the flow. it's very easy to follow and very enjoyable. the company quickly got in touch with me about my subscription query, so thank you 😊

I wanted to rate this higher but I can't get it to cast to my LG TV from my phone. It does have casting abilities and are on the same network. I can't even see any casting options on the list. I'll rate higher once this is resolved.

I've been able to complete one starting workout with Mauricio video and it's been really good, I loved it. However, I don't seem to be able to find any other class for free? Either it's hidden so can't find it or there's non at all? I completely understand that people deserve to get paid for their work but unfortunately not all of us are able to pay. It would be nice to have even if some small assortment of completely free classes.

I love Zumba and I don't have the option to do live classes in my area so I was so excited for this app. It's a start but it's really lacking in content. It's extremely expensive for only having a few strength and hour long classes. If it were much cheaper, I would consider keeping the app just to mix up my workouts now and then but I'll stick to my other options I guess.

I dled this app and signed up for an account only to realize there was nothing for free. Literally NOTHING. I don't mind apps that are honest about having to pay for services, I have a few, but I don't understand the point of having me dl an app & sign up without explaining me that the app content is only available to subscribers. This should be a purchase only app. It's really too bad. I've never done Zumba before and wanted to try it first before purchase.

Zumba has always been dear to my heart. Now I can access it on the go! I like you can put virtual and in-person classes on your schedule. Following my fav instructor and knowing when their classes are around the city is also a plus. I do wish I could track things like my weight or food though. It would also be great if there were recipes or nutrition advice I could access.

I love zumba! I have to make this short. It won't let me do more than 500 letters. I've been doing zumba since 2013. All via games. Xbox 360, Xbox 1, and switch. Recently got the app and was excited to see familiar faces but wish there was more variety. More songs, more routines, different genres. $15 a month is bit much for the same stuff over and over. Not sure I'll keep the subscription and might stick to the games...cheaper and already repetitive 🤷‍♀️

Not as many classes under virtual+ option. Some songs are re-used by different instructors and from older programs. So disappointing. I was expecting a huge selection, more variations in music. No 80s music. But one can incorporate Latin moves into 80s music or 90s music. App is All Latin music. Please expand. I selected other music and there isnt much. I'm in a trial period and I am not sure if I want to buy a whole year. I get tired fast with same ol..I need new stuff!

Just follow free classes on YouTube; it's WAY better. Not worth the money and customer service is unhelpful. The app is lacking in structure and hard to navigate. After the 7 day free trial, I was trying to cancel and get help b/c they charged my account the annual fee without my knowledge, and I had selected the monthly fee. No email notice or receipt. It took 4 days for someone to get back to me and they simply said 'no refunds'.

I can't get the app to stream to my Xbox. There is no connectivityScreencast. my phone/Xbox/wifi - YouTube from my phone connects to my Xbox from my phone just fine. It's the Zumba app that isn't recognizing it. I just downloaded yesterday, signed up for the year, and am still within the trial period. If I can't get it to connect, I'm canceling my signup before the trial ends. There'd be no point in having it if it can't screencast.

It's a bit too expensive for what it is and not adjustable enough. I was following a program and felt motivated the first week. the 2nd week the time of a class jumped from 20 to 40 min which felt big and sudden. It wasn't even a full class of 40 min but two 20 min classes I'd already done before. The energy also felt a bit too pushy and intense to me. Not for me but definitely worth a try, it was fun at times.

Fun workout. App will not let you delete workouts on your completed list, so if you accidentally double-mark a workout as done you cannot correct it, which is frustrating for tracking purposes. The app awards you badges for completing workouts, so it will artificially awards you badges if you don't realize the mistake & then you cannot correct it. Just annoying.

I love Zumba, but I have issues being in groups so a live Zumba class is just not in the cards for me. This is why I love the app, it's ideal for any introvert who wants to try Zumba. I really can dance like no one is watching! Also, Mauricio is such an awesome instructor. He progresses you through the routines so that it is easy to learn and keep up and I love his energy. Successfully getting the moves down makes the workout so much more fun and effective. ❤️
