Been using Zumper – Apartment Finder for a couple months now. It’s basically a super popular rental marketplace app where you can search for apartments, houses, or rooms all across the US and Canada. Pretty solid app if you’re looking for a new place to live.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through millions of rental listings, set filters for price, bedrooms, neighborhoods, and amenities, and then save your search to get alerts when new places hit the market. And there’s also an option to request virtual or in-person tours – just tap a button and you’re all set. And the whole application and payment process is all in the app, which is really convenient.
Look, if you’re in the market for a new rental, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job of helping you find your next home. Worth checking out.
