DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Grand Screen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Grand Screen website or service.

If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated agent with the information outlined below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) or a sufficiently detailed description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website, so that we can find and identify it.
  3. Your contact information — your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy — a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Grand Screen may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Grand Screen has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Response Time

We aim to review and respond to all valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for additional information.
