Absolute worst support of any app I've ever used. Made a purchase of 300 million coins, and never received them. After making the purchase using Google Play Store credits, the app completely blacked out, and I had to restart the game. After restarting, I noticed the coins were not there. The transaction was recorded in my account so it did go through. I emailed their support three times with no response, other than an automated reply.

This has to be a joke! The game is very well made but is a complete scam. I have (unfortunately) spent lots of real money just to try to get a little bit of fun from this game. Spending real money for coins gives you no tactical advantage they just take all your coins with no pay outs to keep you playing! Very disappointing. Like come on guys if people pay you money at least keep them playing for a little. Losing 20 spins in a row is a joke!

I've been playing this for a while for fun. I've never bought any of the non stop requests to purchase more slot play. I just have clicked on the daily free play and every 2 hour free money. It was fun early on, now I'm at level 230. I can get 80 million every 2 hours but most slots require 135 million per spin. The few that are available let you spin 10.5 million per spin and odds are bad for winning much They are trying hard to get you to buy in! I'll be moving on. Just wanted to share with u.

Made a purchase, screen went completely black, didn't return to game, and didn't get what I paid for! Then you have to wait for days to get a response from support. Sent an email before the response here saying they would love to look into it and still haven't heard from them. Don't waste your money. Hey Dev when customers make purchases they expect to get what they pay for right then not days later! This the 2nd time this has happened!

Cash grab. You have better odds of winning in a real casino. Their rewards aren't enough to keep playing. Leveling doesn't even give enough for a spin on any game. I guess if you wanted to play a game 3-10 minutes a day, this is possibly fun. But more often then not you will be brought to the "full" rake back purchase screen. Our the "great deal" screen.

update 5/4/25 still can't play almost all of the games, after YEARS of playing, I'm uninstalling because there's no use in taking up space if I can't play. I am disappointed that well over half the games remain unplayable after MONTHS. I was eventually told that fixing this bug has zero priority and to expect it to be addressed after the next few updates. It's been about a year with no change. As a matter of fact, most of the new games are also unplayable. They don't care either.

You cannot play this game more than 1 minute before free coins are gone. You Think I'm lying go play. You literally have to spend money to play longer than 1 minute. Even than bye bye. This is a horrible game. It was programmed and designed to get you to spend money. The slots and sounds are among the best on the market. It's too bad the creators are money hungry and only care if your able to spend. Disgusting

Poor Bonus Action. Lately it seems when a game gets a bonus you end up using all your coins waiting for another to hit. Yes I take advantage of 'free' coins but those are minimal and don't help much. A side note that that annoying side pop out continues to constantly interrupt a game and partially block the view of what you are playing. Would be fun if games hit more and no it's not 'bad luck'.

Never win. Thank you for your review Jacob. Rest assured. I did take advantage of my daily free coins. I also paid to play a few times. One daily bonus of 24b coins. I also dismantled that amount within 5 minutes with no bonuses. I do not recommend this game to anyone due to the massive amount of pop ups for featured games that do not take you to the game when selecting "let's go". I have spent countless days trying to build the credits from daily free bonuses but never get anywhere.

At first I liked it, so i purchased some credits to play with. For a little bit, everything seemed fine and I would win and loss some. Then out of no where, while playing conservatively, it was everything but wins. I am a player in the real video gaming and this off the top looks like a dishonest trick. It would seem you have a time limit in your credits and once it runs out, so does you wins equaling your over all loss in credits. Just like most companies, they end up becoming greedy in the end. I would not put to much money in this app, if anything keep your cost low. Good luck!

Changing my review. I had posted a very positive review. Yesterday evening (2/20/2019) I received 2 error messages. The game was frozen. Couldn't do anything. The second time I had just won 7,395,000. It told me to try later. When I tried several hours later, it let me in to the game, but my 7,395,000 had disappeared. There is no way I'm putting money in to this game. So disappointed...

Your slots are still the best overall and they are the only ones I pay real money to play. That said, they stop being entertaining when they're too tight. You aren't paying out real money so why not loosen them up? Second, there should be some way we can opt out of trading cards and other pop-ups game. I came to play slots. Third, please do something about the side panel so it doesn't constantly intrude over games positioned vertically. Lastly, just keep it fun and I'll buy.

This game is garbage, not fun. Too hard to unlock new areas. You can barely spend any time spinning because the game requires fairly high bets and just eats your coins. They want you to spend, which I get, but I have to have a fair amount of free play. There are daily missions that you can almost never complete because you just won't have enough to spend. Took me 60+ days to get to level 75, that's how much of a grind this game is and how little you'll be able to play.

Not impressed. 1st off their continuous spin button has the reels spin horribly, and obviously, so its in their favor. They have missions, and rig it so you go through coins to make the missions. This could be a very fun site if they were not so greedy and played fair. I have no problem buying coins, you need to make money, but you could do it where its a win/win for both sides. Devs, don't reply with the thanks for reaching out, it's insulting to the players.

I'm updating my review. I have been playing 88 fortunes for about a year and a half. I truly enjoyed playing this game for about 11 months. Then things started changing. it is extremely hard to get a bonus, and 1/4 of the time, it is line hits. For the last month, it has slowly took my coins with nothing in return. I can only get the bottom 2 chests, never anything higher. I understand it is like real casino play, but there is to much consistency to way the games play now, which is bad. 😔

Seems winning odds have been reduced lately. Very disappointing. There's a lot to like about this app. But, if reducing winning odds is supposed to incent me to pay for anything, it's not gonna happen. I'll just move to another app. If I wanted to lose actual $ on slots, I'd go to a slot machine.

If you're looking for real type slots, this is the game for you. Complete with a ton of losing. I played for 5 minutes before I was out of chips. It's unfortunate too because the gameplay itself is fantastic. I don't mind spending money on apps but I'd like to, at least, try it out first. Too bad. came back....you can not spend anytime on this app without spending money. Just once id like to kill 10 minutes without losing everything.....just to buy more coins and then lose them too.

No minor, major, mega, grand.. Ever. I've been playing this game religiously for 6 months, 4-5x a day. I've poured hundreds into it. I love the gameplay and the games. Add to it, you actually hit a lot of bonus games. But there isn't a blind man's hope to see for getting a bonus bigger than a mini on ANY game.... All I've ever received is a mini at best, though the bonus pays out a lot. It is the only casino game I play anymore, but still needs to pay more jackpots.

It takes more than it rewards and it's not even real money. Love the game but until it performs better will hold off on purchasing. Am playing with automatic rewards and as of now those tokens are taken more than rewards are given. That is not a good sign to purchase.

This was an awesome game at first! I loved it! But the greed didn't take long to appear. I fell for buying their coin packages. Once you do, it's all over. Oh yes, you start winning! But then they pull the rug out from under you! I was up to over 3 trillion coins! And within 24 hours, it was gone! No big wins no bonuses higher than your spin bet! Oh the other thing once you buy a coin packages the price goes way up for the same amount of coins! Finishing up what coins I have, and I'm out!
