So here's my take on Arcadia Mahjong. I've tested a bunch of mahjong apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The big tiles make it super easy to play, even on a phone. And the rotation mode is a nice touch that I don't see in a lot of these types of games. The gameplay itself is pretty standard mahjong solitaire, but it's polished and feels good to play. The only real downside is that it can get a little repetitive after a while, and the upgrade grind at higher levels is a bit of a slog. But if you just want a chill mahjong game to pick up and play, Arcadia Mahjong is worth checking out.

Description

Been playing Arcadia Mahjong for a couple months now. It’s basically a classic mahjong solitaire game, but with some unique twists. The tiles are super big and easy to see, which is great for folks who might have trouble with smaller screens.

Here’s what you do: you’ve got a board full of mahjong tiles, and you tap on two matching ones to make them disappear. The goal is to clear the whole board. There’s also a cool rotation mode where you can switch between horizontal and vertical orientations, which is handy for playing on different devices. Took me a bit to figure that one out, but it’s a nice little feature.

Look, if you’re into relaxing, no-pressure puzzle games, you’ll probably dig Arcadia Mahjong. It’s not perfect – the progression can get a bit grindy at higher levels – but overall it’s a solid time-killer that’s easy on the eyes.
