I've tested a bunch of kids' apps and this one's pretty decent. The phone call feature with the animated characters is the standout - it really gets the kids engaged and feeling like they're having a real conversation. The music and coloring games are solid too, though they can start to feel same-y after extended use. My only gripe is the ads can be a bit much unless you pay for the ad-free version. But for a free app, it's a pretty good value overall.

Description

Been using Baby Phone & Kids Games for a couple months now. It’s basically a toddler-friendly app that turns your phone into a fun, educational toy. There’s all kinds of stuff for little kids to do – they can make pretend phone calls to the characters, play music, color, and more. Seems like a pretty solid way to keep the little ones entertained while also sneaking in some learning.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a phone call feature where the kids can talk to the cute characters like Lucas and Ruby. It’s got fun voices and songs that make it feel like a real conversation. There’s also a music section with nursery rhymes and lullabies, and a coloring game that lets them get creative. Took me a while to figure out all the different activities, but it’s a pretty diverse app.

Look, if you’ve got toddlers who love playing with your phone, this is a good option. It’s not gonna replace real play time, but it’s a safe, educational way to let them have some screen time. Not perfect – the games can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job of keeping them entertained and learning.
