This is a very good game!! It's so simple and easy, but there is a HUGE factor that has me moving away from it slowly. After every single adventure level (that's all I play so I don't know if it affects classic), there is an ad, which normally doesn't bother me, they gotta get their money somehow. But what bothers me so much is that I can NEVER skip the ads, it makes me watch the entire segment whether that's 30 seconds or a whole minute, there is never a skip feature. It ruins a lot.

I saw so many people playing this game so I installed it. At first, it was a really good game. As I played more, I got more annoyed with the game. Every time I didn't have any space left, it gave me the option to watch an ad to revive or just restart the level. I would usually restart the level without watching an ad, BUT NO! You have to watch an ad. Another thing is how slow the points are. My friend places literally 5 blocks down and her score is 17496, I place 5 blocks and my score is 302. 1⭐

Fun game and entertaining for a long time. However, it plays an ad every time you win or fail a level. That's annoying enough on it's own, but half the ads I get are completely unskippable! As much as I enjoy this game, I'm leaving the lowest review I can because that kind of practice is unacceptable. Unless I'm explicitly playing the ad, it should never be unskippable. I'm very close to finding an alternative app that's less predatory.

I am SO DONE. it is KINDA ANNOYING when I'm ONE SWIPE AWAY FROM COMPLETING A LEVEL IVE BEEN WORKING ON FOR AN HOUR 30 JUST TO GET INTERRUPTED BY AN AD THAT CRASHES MY GAME. I DO NOT RECCOMEND. ALSO, it RARELY offers me ANY ADS WHEN I DIE. This is a disappointing, sad, trashy game. don't try to add more game modes like it sweeps your mistakes under the rug. This sucks nearly as bad as IXL smh..

honestly the three stars isnt FOR the game but the most recent update thats on the app for me when it comes to the main menu. i dont really want to be bombarded with things that arent related to placing blocks. Its honestly a really comforting game but please give us an option to change the main menu to the previous one because holy hell it makes me want to uninstall the app.

Well, I gotta update my 2-star review. Block Blast added in 5 other games all in the same app, none of which have ads. There's still the Samsung issue of the game starting out with a significant amount of blocks before I begin, but I like that there's other things to play now, too.

This game was fun at first. But the ads are infuriating, one every level! If you play in airplane mode it's fine for a few levels but then they become impossible to win untill you turn off airplane mode and watch an ad to revive, I definitely noticed a change in the score needed when I did this. The perseverance achievment has no indication of when you unlock it and they gaps are massive inbetween each one, obviously a sad tactic to keep people playing a rigged game.

I really do like this game and wanted to love it, but I just can't do it. Not only are there ads in between every game, they are like 3-5 minute ads. As if that's not annoying enough, ads pop up in the middle of the game that are also very long. If you spend 1 hour playing this game, you will be watching Ads for 45 minutes or more of that hour! Even for free, I'LL PASS! It's not worth it. I'll never spend more time watching ads than playing a game no matter how good it is!

The game is so chill yall. I be playing it whenever I'm bored or I just dont have anything else to do. It helps you think making decisions cause yk, you gotta figure out where the blocks finna go. Super fun, I love it. and yeah, that's pretty much it. Yes there are ads, not as annoying as you think though. They only appear after like you ran out of space or you're trying to revive. Where it is annoying is the adventure mode, that's why I rarely play it, but I like the regular one.

Fun and Addictive, but also pretty annoying how most of the time the game is just setting you up for failure. Like how you start off with a bunch of scattered blocks all over the board with some shapes that no matter where you put them you'll still lose? I really dont understand why the game does that. But other than that I find the game to be a very enjoyable experience.

I loved this app until the latest update. There used to be very little ads, but now the games are even harder, so they can force non-stop ads. I used to average over 10,000 points, but now I can't even break 1,000 points, and there is an ad after ever loss. The games are now rigged for you to lose quickly and have to wait through a 60-second ad before playing again.

I really like this game but there are too many ads. It's pretty insane how many ads it has and it feels like you can barely play. I would gladly pay for no ads but it doesn't have that option. The game also uses a ton of battery and heats up my phone which is weird since it's just a puzzle game. I would change my review if they fixed these things. Great game if you want to play for just a little bit. If longer, the ads are too much.

REALLY GOOD💅!!!! I love this game 🎮 ❤️! There's an adventure mode and classic mode. Classic mode is where you just try to beat your high score. Adventure mode is where you have to try and beat the levels. You can also try and get all the medals in the game, the medals are where you complete milestones and you get awarded. And sometimes you can watch a 5 sec ad for you to revive. I honestly could stay up all night playing it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like this game. however, I can only get a score of about 10-20,000. I recently transferred all my stuff to a new phone - samsung galaxy s22 ultra - and before I transferred my apps, this phone had the version of this app with the bombs, where your score goes up faster. I got a high score of over 100,000 with that version. but after I transferred my stuff from my samsung galaxy note 9, it caused it to be the same version. updates don't do anything for me.. update: finally have the latest ver!

The game is fun and all, but ads literally destroy my ability to earn the "consecutive victory" achievements. I'll be playing, then an ad will pop up in the middle of the level. When I close out of the ad, I get told I've lost the level and my consecutive victory count is reset to zero. I don't want to play a game where outside interference resets my score and costs me an achievement...

this game has been completely destroyed by ads. I've had fun playing for at least a year but now it's just unplayable. you have ads that are too long and then when you wait till the end of them they still take you to the Play store. it's absolutely ridiculous. uninstalling. too bad, this was a good game. if they offered the ability to buy I would but there is no ability to buy it.

block blast used to be the BEST AND MY FAVORITE until they allowed the ads that don't let you move on without playing what they are advertising. It's like total manipulation and I hate being forced into anything. You can't even click to get out of it (the ad) after a few clicks I have to leave the game and wait a few before going back in and able to proceed until I either win or lose to proceed Totally disappointing especially if you are on a winning streak!!! hate it!!

Addictive but the ads are getting out of hand. When I first started playing this game I had loads of fun, easy to get addicted to, and I feel like they give you blocks you can actually use instead of one that is too big or something. The ads were minimal but it's gotten worse. During adventure mode, I get an ad every time I complete or fail a level. I had to wait one full minute to skip an ad, and most of the time I have to go to the playstore then switch back over just to keep playing.

Ads are beyond the pale. They come up randomly during game play and prevent you from making a quick move, so you lose the game. If there were a $$ option to stop the ads, I would consider it; but there isn't a $$ option -- so the "value" of the game is almost zero because the ads are SO ANNOYING. How does it help your bottom line to annoy people until they stop playing?

Game is fun, but the ads are constant. Now they are popping up during game play, not even between levels or fails! And instead of a handy, quick way to exit them, they pop up the play store every single time. This simple app does NOT need constant ads, there's even one at the bottom of the puzzles the whole time! So, fun game if you want to spend half the time watching ads.
