Been playing Cascadia Digital for a couple months now. It’s basically a tile-laying game where you build up your little village and try to cultivate the perfect ecosystem. Kinda relaxing but there’s a good amount of strategy to it too.
Here’s what you do: you collect different animal tiles and place them on your game board to create habitats. There’s also a bunch of solo scenarios and online multiplayer, which is pretty cool. And you can even play with friends in pass-and-play mode – took me a while to figure that one out but it’s a nice option.
Look, if you’re into strategy games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job and I’d say it’s worth checking out.
