I would love the game if not for the constant sticking & freezing! All your add links freeze & 9 out of 10 times I don't get the reward & it closes the app! It did not start out this way! Idk what you did, but wish you would fix it! I can't even play very long & all your games are losers! Might do good briefly then you take it all away & can't even complete tasks because you don't give us the items we need no matter how long we try!😡

I'm only taking the advice of the ad for this app and the reviews. 7 spins into playing, there's an offer to buy stuff. I haven't even had a chance to play. I'll let you know when I'm ready to buy something you don't have to put it right in my face before I've had a chance. Ad says if no jackpot in the 1st 10 spins, delete it... no jackpot here either. Deleting

The game was pretty good for a slot game, though my favorite one I got screwed on. You need, between all the people in your lobby, to hit the bonus 20 times. An hour later I had hit it 8 times and others 10 (I was the only person in the lobby for most of it) and then it did an infinite spin on me and said to check my connection which was and always is, fine. I was forced out of the lobby loosing my garunteed winnings. The 200 million coins I spent were just gone. So I Uninstall the app now.

The games have challenges to earn stars for better prizes or advance play. One major issue is that getting free games is part of the challenges for a lot of the games. This is almost impossible. Sometimes, you will have to spin up to or over 1000 times to get it once. There are many other apps out there that offer a good challenge and are still fun to play. You're better off trying those out.

Started off as a great game. Then wanted me to purchase a Piggy Bank. I could exit out of the purchase add but, every time I tried to spin after that, it took me back to the add. I figured it was just a glitch in that particular game and went back to the lobby and selected another game. When I entered that game, my $200+ Million coins turned to $200+K.. Spun 2 times and the Piggy Bank add came back. Even though it's a free game, I guess you have to Pay-to-Play...

The customer support is nonexistent. They have automated responses that can never help you... unless you have proof of anything. You have to know to take pictures or videos of things that mess up... before and during when they mess up. Even right now, I cant message them in app because the page is blacked out when I try to get help. Also, just had a group bonus with over 100B credits towards it and when they totaled my win they didnt multiply the win by the right amount of credits.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The slots are fun, but the "Game Master" feature is an absolute scam. They advertise that a coin purchase awards you the Game Master feature, however, at no time do they tell you before purchasing coins that the feature goes away when the featured games cycle at the end of 24 hours, regardless of when you make your purchase. If you buy five minutes before the games cycle then you only get to enjoy the feature for five minutes. That should be made clear ahead of time!

After the ads I thought I would give it a try. Nice wins the first 10 minutes but not 1 jackpot. Quickly ran out of cash in the next 5 minutes. Cashed in all the bonuses. Ran through that cash in 2 minutes. Less than 20 minutes from start to out of cash but tons of pop ups telling me how I can give them money. Not 2 months, not 2 days, not even 2 hours of play for free. Far better slot apps than this one.

Every time almost that I watch a commercial for coins it shows me the commercial and then closes out of the game and when I load the game back up I find out that I didn't even get my rewards. This is happening every day and very frequently. It's really frustrating. Please look into this. I love this game site but I'm really frustrated with this issue. Also, when I try to contact customer support I only get halfway through explaining my issues when it closes out of the app. It's been frustrating.

Save your time. Downloaded game. Made 1 intro purchase. Got up to 370 million then the wins stopped. 30 minutes later and down to a zero balance. This game's ads are very misleading. When advertised talks about lots of wins and jackpots. None. Hardly any free games. I got 1 free game during the tutorial of the app. Boring. Zero stars if given the opportunity.

I've played this game for about a year and a half. I do really like the game and the new things they did like being able to gift and request gold stamps and a few more ways to get free coins. My biggest issue is with purchases. I've been double charged a couple times, had wrong level club chests (got 2 or 3 place chest when should have gotten 1) and don't get bonuses like % cash back when I've bought. I report and told I bought a different day and fight with me over fake coins. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I liked this app at first but the more I play, the more glitches occur. Made a purchase for super dice in one of the extra games. Supposed to get 39, glitched and froze after 5 spins, didnt get dice upon reentering the game and restarting several times. Mission pass has been locked for 2 days now. Game freezes and you dont get wins when logging back in. All of this would be fine if I didnt actually pay for the chips. Very disappointed in this app.

**Edit** I had to drop my original rating, if you purchase anything in game, it's a crapshoot...more so then the slots themselves! Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you have to fight with support for days to even get them to acknowledge you did...good luck! One of the more enjoyable slots games. And, believe it or not, you can actually win the biggest jackpot...it does happen, not often, but the smaller jackpots hit quite a bit.

Been playing daily for over a year. I've never finished an album, it's impossible without spending a lot of $. Game has changed, slots aren't loose enough, you're getting greedy! I initially gave this game 5 stars but after a year I'm deleting it. Even when I purchase now I run out of coins within minutes. Nothing real to win & it's just not fun anymore, impossible to complete albums.

Definitely engagement optimized. it's not random whatsoever but it's still fun. My recommendation is to stop playing after you've completed your daily missions or you will lose all your coins. The game sees no point in letting you win big if there's no mission to complete. So unfortunately, I only get to play this game for about 20 minutes a day max. but the variety of slots and the multi-player bonus games keeps me coming back.

I would love to give a five-star rating but unfortunately I cannot at this time. reason being is because I keep getting kicked out of the game. I reached level 169, and is continuously doing it ever since and I am currently at level 299! It loves to kick me out especially when I'm in a bonus round it is very aggravating. it's expensive to play especially when you're constantly getting kicked out the graphics are awesome but the bugs definitely need to be worked out.

The game has ads, which are ok BUT now you have to watch 2 and they are longer. Events are good, quests are tough, club is fun. The stamps are hard to get, if you are not a certain level, you cant ask for them, cant give them. I don't buy coins or anything. i just want to make asking for stamps or items be for all levels. It is hard to move up levels or VIP If you don't buy coins.

Loved the game but not its absolutely horrible! It's honestly just a money grab for the creators of the game, I'll explain. when u x out of something in the game they conveniently put the ad option where u click on the game so they get views. ANNOYING A HELL, I DONT WANNA WATCH ADS. The game freezes very often, the game also doesn't always load like right now I can't get on the island thing. If you think about it that's another money grab because u can't complete or get higher rankings.

This is such a fun slot machine with some other various games tossed in to keep it from getting boring. During an unplanned trip, it was entertaining and kept me from pulling my hair out. Graphics are great on my SAMSUNG Ultra S24+ and honestly I haven't found one area that I would say needs improving. TIP - as you complete quests and advance to the next game, WATCH the amount you're bidding. If you don't pay attention, next thing you know you need coins!!! Sneaky, sneaky Devs 😉😘

been playing for a few months. noticed after I had a legendary win the game offered me to write a review. asking for 5 stars. at that moment I had 338 billion coins. since my first review I cannot get above 10 billion coins. talk about a losing streak and jumping to different slots in hopes to end the streak. also noticed the same slots are always hot but the payout are errible on them. Will be uninstalling. note: iam at level 438.
