I would love the game if not for the constant sticking & freezing! All your add links freeze & 9 out of 10 times I don't get the reward & it closes the app! It did not start out this way! Idk what you did, but wish you would fix it! I can't even play very long & all your games are losers! Might do good briefly then you take it all away & can't even complete tasks because you don't give us the items we need no matter how long we try!😡

I'm only taking the advice of the ad for this app and the reviews. 7 spins into playing, there's an offer to buy stuff. I haven't even had a chance to play. I'll let you know when I'm ready to buy something you don't have to put it right in my face before I've had a chance. Ad says if no jackpot in the 1st 10 spins, delete it... no jackpot here either. The game was pretty good for a slot game, though my favorite one I got screwed on. You need, between all the people in your lobby, to hit the bonus 20 times. An hour later I had hit it 8 times and others 10 (I was the only person in the lobby for most of it) and then it did an infinite spin on me and said to check my connection which was and always is, fine. I was forced out of the lobby loosing my garunteed winnings. The 200 million coins I spent were just gone. So I Uninstall the app now.

The games have challenges to earn stars for better prizes or advance play. One major issue is that getting free games is part of the challenges for a lot of the games. This is almost impossible. Sometimes, you will have to spin up to or over 1000 times to get it once. There are many other apps out there that offer a good challenge and are still fun to play. You're better off trying those out.

Started off as a great game. Then wanted me to purchase a Piggy Bank. I could exit out of the purchase add but, every time I tried to spin after that, it took me back to the add. I figured it was just a glitch in that particular game and went back to the lobby and selected another game. When I entered that game, my $200+ Million coins turned to $200+K.. Spun 2 times and the Piggy Bank add came back. Even though it's a free game, I guess you have to Pay-to-Play...

The customer support is nonexistent. They have automated responses that can never help you... unless you have proof of anything. You have to know to take pictures or videos of things that mess up... before and during when they mess up. Even right now, I cant message them in app because the page is blacked out when I try to get help. Also, just had a group bonus with over 100B credits towards it and when they totaled my win they didnt multiply the win by the right amount of credits.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The slots are fun, but the "Game Master" feature is an absolute scam. They advertise that a coin purchase awards you the Game Master feature, however, at no time do they tell you before purchasing coins that the feature goes away when the featured games cycle at the end of 24 hours, regardless of when you make your purchase. If you buy five minutes before the games cycle then you only get to enjoy the feature for five minutes. That should be made clear ahead of time!

After the ads I thought I would give it a try. Nice wins the first 10 minutes but not 1 jackpot. Quickly ran out of cash in the next 5 minutes. Cashed in all the bonuses. Ran through that cash in 2 minutes. Less than 20 minutes from start to out of cash but tons of pop ups telling me how I can give them money. Not 2 months, not 2 days, not even 2 hours of play for free. Far better slot apps than this one.

Every time almost that I watch a commercial for coins it shows me the commercial and then closes out of the game and when I load the game back up I find out that I didn't even get my rewards. This is happening every day and very frequently. It's really frustrating. Please look into this. I love this game site but I'm really frustrated with this issue. Also, when I try to contact customer support I only get halfway through explaining my issues when it closes out of the app. It's been frustrating.

Save your time. Downloaded game. Made 1 intro purchase. Got up to 370 million then the wins stopped. 30 minutes later and down to a zero balance. This game's ads are very misleading. When advertised talks about lots of wins and jackpots. None. Hardly any free games. I got 1 free game during the tutorial of the app. Boring. Zero stars if given the opportunity.
