So I've tested a bunch of tennis games on my phone, and Chip and Charge is one of the more unique and fun ones I've played. The different gameplay modes add a nice twist to the classic tennis formula, and the graphics and controls feel polished. I do wish there was a bit more depth to the progression and customization, but for a free arcade game it delivers. If you're looking for a quick, pick-up-and-play tennis experience with some fun twists, I'd definitely recommend giving Chip and Charge a try.

Been playing Chip and Charge for a couple months now. It’s basically an arcade tennis game with some fun twists. You know, the classic tennis gameplay but with a few extra modes that make things more interesting.

There’s the normal mode which is just regular tennis, but then there’s also a fast mode where the ball moves crazy fast, and a bomb mode where you gotta keep the ball from hitting the ground or it explodes. And plus there’s a bunch of different courts with their own unique challenges. And you can customize your player with all sorts of outfits and gear.

Look, if you’re into arcade sports games, you’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the AI can be a little unfair at the higher levels and the progression is a bit grindy. But overall it’s a pretty solid tennis game that’s easy to pick up and play for a few minutes. Worth checking out for sure.
