Description
I’ve been using Crossword Deluxe: Word Puzzles for a couple months now. It’s basically a daily crossword game where you get a different topic to solve a puzzle on, like movies, sports, history, and more. Pretty solid app if you’re into word games and expanding your vocabulary.
Here’s what you do: you get a new crossword puzzle every day, each one themed around a unique topic. There’s also a big collection of past puzzles you can do anytime. It’s got a decent variety of difficulty levels too – some are pretty easy, others will really make you think. And the word bank feature is useful if you get stuck on a clue.
Look, if you’re into crossword puzzles or just word games in general, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a fun daily brain workout.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Crossword Deluxe: Word Puzzles. I've tested a bunch of word game apps and this one's pretty solid. The daily themed crosswords keep things fresh, and the difficulty range means there's a puzzle for every skill level. And it's free to play, which is great, though the ads can get a little much. Overall though, I'd say it's one of the better crossword apps out there. If you're a fan of the genre, it's definitely worth downloading.
