I've tested a bunch of 3D animation apps and DanceXR is one of the more user-friendly ones I've come across. The automatic character adjustment features are a real time-saver, and the wide range of import/export formats is great. In my experience, the animation tools take some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it's pretty powerful stuff. The only real downsides are the steep learning curve and the paid upgrades, but it's still a solid option for casual creators.

Description

Been using DanceXR for a couple months now. It’s basically a character model viewer and animation tool. Pretty solid app if you’re into that sort of thing.

Here’s what you can do – you can load up any 3D character model and animate it using a ton of built-in tools. And there’s also a huge library of pre-made motions you can use. It’s got a pretty intuitive interface once you get the hang of it. And the ability to fine-tune the animations is really useful.

Look, if you’re into creating 3D animations or just playing around with character models, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the learning curve can be a bit steep and the free version has some limitations – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s your thing.
