Been playing Doodle Kingdom for a couple months now. It’s basically a fantasy strategy game where you create your own little kingdom. There’s castles, knights, warlocks, and even dragons – it’s a pretty fun little world to mess around in.

The gameplay is all about building up your village, training troops, and then raiding other players’ kingdoms. And there’s also a cool new runner-style combat mode where you can arm your knight and fight through hordes of monsters. It’s a nice change of pace from the core base-building stuff.

Look, if you’re into strategy games and don’t mind a little grinding, you’ll probably dig Doodle Kingdom. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying. But overall it’s a pretty solid time-waster that I’ve been enjoying. Worth checking out if you’re looking for your next mobile kingdom-building fix.

So here's my take on Doodle Kingdom - I've tested a bunch of these base-building/raiding strategy games and this one's a pretty solid entry. The fantasy theme is fun, the gameplay loop of upgrading your village and battling other players is addictive, and the new combat runner mode is a nice change of pace. However, the progression can get grindy at higher levels and the free-to-play model is a bit annoying with those ads. But if you don't mind the occasional ad and don't need to be the absolute best in your league, this is a pretty fun way to scratch that mobile strategy itch.
