When I first downloaded DD, it gave me a chance to get my coins up. Then, they depleted despite using minimal coins. Now, I struggle for coins to play. If I don't go to the social media pages/email to redeem the free ones, I can't play. Even when I do, I don't get to play long. If you pay for credit, the prices are outrageous for little return. Cust. service's no help with issues & I lose progress. Always when I hit something decent. They say it's either my wifi/phone. About to just uninstall.

Definitely not the best casino game out there.. I only installed so I could earn Gold in another game because this casino game was listed as an "offer" game. Need to reach level 7 before I can claim the Gold in the other game, but I have been stuck at level 5 for days, after leveling up to 5 in the first day of playing the game. Smh. Seems kind of like a cash grab because the games don't pay out a lot at all and rarely keeps you playing. Seems like it's trying to force a purchase. Zero joy.

Overall decent game, lots of slots to choose from. Was planning on giving them real money for chips.....but MAN is it expensive! Don't plan on playing this very much because of that. The money you get to spend if you dont plan on spending real money, comes from a daily spin, 3 daily challenges and ranking up. Again, it's still a good game if you conserve your chips, mainly because there's like 200 slot machines. And the 1 I love irl, isn't in the game...sad face. 4/5*

This is a very tight game! You hardly ever get alot of points and if you do, they are taken away almost right away!Another thing is that you hardly ever get the orchids! I've gone through $500.00 in a few hours many times!!! It's not very fun to play on cuz you know you'll be finished with the game real soon! Maybe you should make some changes to please all of your customers not just a few of them! As you can see, I'm not very happy with this game! I keep pouring moneyin but it won't reciprocate

I used to play/use this app all the time, but since your latest update; it takes forever to load and then doesn't work right (slow, lags, etc.), and that's with a wifi connection and fast internet...... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! 😞 I've literally tried everything to get it to work (restarting my phone, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app) to no avail.

super fun and a lot of variety of slots. I miss the poker they used to have though. My one complaint is that the prizes for mini games/challenges/events are basically nothing. If you play challenges to make money, you have no chance of profiting. Its honestly so low that it isnt even angering, its just hilarious in a bad way. Ive played at least 10 slot apps and none of them are even close to as low of prizes for challenges. That being said, the slots are great with decent payouts. They are constantly adding new ones as well. They have decent sales as well. Id give it 4 maybe 5 stars if the prizes were increased. a quick example is the minimum bet of most slots is 10,000. i finished a challenge and it gave me 200. Id have to complete the challenge 50 times to get 1 spin at the lowest possible bet

I would seek a better game. There are definitely better options out there. The variety of games is great but, that's about where it stops. I want to like the game but, it has too many cons, one of the biggest being that the prizes are no where what you would expect. Prizes are small and generally do not recoupe the bet waged. Coins are hard to come by which really take away from the experience. I understand a level of realism but there is truly no incentive to keep playing.

I am also having problems loading the game. I tried to open a ticket, but do not know if it went through. When I use free spins it will load, but if I try to go to the main menu, the game freezes and I cannot do anything but close the app. I sometimes can get the free chips but mostly it just does not load. I am very frustrated. I have really enjoyed the app until about 3 weeks ago. Some programmer made a changed that messed up the app. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Won't completely load. Contacted tech support by email and all they did was send me a troubleshooting link. I had already tried those steps and I had explained that in the email. I notice in other reviews I'm not the only one this is happening to. Something happened on November 1st to cause the game to not load. I was trying to play every day, now not so much. It still lets me get my return chips and the free spin, then just sits there saying "loading" forever, then just kicks me out.

Not the worst slots app,but there are better ones. The app is stable as I experienced no lag, hangs, or crashes. Like most of it's ilk, they haven't figured out how to make it exciting. Tries to push you to high roller tables where daily freebies would allow you 5 or 6 spins before you bust. So you need to exit to lobby and switch to regular lobby and search for the game. So much downside. The only thing you seem to ever win is pop-ups asking for money or the right to watch another ad.

love the app. So many different slots, Also love all the bonuses. Only thing I don't like is, your servers run too slow when too many people are playing the same game. I checked my internet and it's all good(no delays). But since it gets stuck and kicks me off so often(which is frustrating when you're stuck in a bonus round for half an hour, because it's running too slow) I've decided I'm not going to spend any more money on the game. Be very aware when playing this game. The slots are so fun, but if you start buying coins, it will cost you. The second I started buying coins, the less you win. They want you to keep buying so you can complete missions. Also, you have to wait 24 hours to get your daily spin, which is 80% of the time, the smallest amount, and does not even cover one spin in a slot. Very disappointing. I think you should reward your loyal players and not punish them. I have never seen a jackpot, ever.

Please stop the happy hour fixes. I have played a lot of money in 2 days, not even one bonus, absolutely terrible. 😒 😑 gave the game a couple of more weeks, but still no improvement. Also collected all free chips given away they play out faster. Sorry, Double down, your game is not improvementing getting worse. I mean, when are you actually giving away the large amounts on our daily spins? 85k, really.

I've been playing Double Down slots since they were introduced by Facebook. Downloaded the app. and have been playing for years. The variety of slots available to play is awesome. I love the slot selection, that's it. If you want to buy coins this app is the most expensive of all slot apps for the fewest coins. I think because they have the biggest selection of slots in the actual casinos, so it probably costs them to have them. Never buy from the wheel...tried and true...lowest 2 amounts Everytime. I only buy coins when they are 4.5x and higher. And when you stop buying and playing bigger....your rating goes down fast. I keep playing because I enjoy my favorite slots.

I enjoy the games but on Bears Big Catch there is a bug. I've been playing it for a week now and every single time I have played "Catch the Big Fish" where you pick three bobbers I have picked the three lowest numbers. This is out of about 15 times I've played this part of the game. It cannot be random to pick the three lowest numbers every single time. Be fair DoubleDown. it's a disappointment.

Graphics are decent enough. Slots are creative and evolving. The daily spin wheel primarily gives the weakest bonus. It's better to collect coins from other sources. A novel idea would be to upgrade the wheel selections as you level up. As long as some of us have been playing and donating, 85k should not be an option. Finally, watching the game count my coins 3 and four times is a waste of time. I could be spinning more. Lose it or disable it during free spins and bonuses until the end.

It's really starting to suck, wins are infrequent and low, hardly ever any jackpots, making any bonus coins seem like it wasn't a bonus because the games eat up the coins so fast before you get a good win if any, causing you to have to purchase coins to be able to play for longer than 5 minutes 👎👎. Lots of variety but you never win. Too expensive to never let customers to win. Where is the fair exchange. You can spend $99 and it's going to disappear. Just go to a real casino. At least you win real cash. I'm going g to stop playing. I stopped for a while because of never winning and being persuades to purchase. With all that is going on in the world, it would be nice if your game offered some sort of reward 😉

Way too expensive. I only collect free coins, I've only purchased coins maybe once in this app? Yet I've purchased coins through Jackpot Party dozens of times over the years when the price is low enough. I just don't feel like this one is affordable enough. It's a losing platform, obviously ... but even for occasional entertainment, it's just too expensive.
