Free spins are getting harder to get on certain games. Took club away, which makes things not as much fun. Wish you would bring it back. Overall, games are going down and actually looking at stopping playing and going somewhere else. It just not as much fun as it used to be. Haven't hit "the big jackpot" in over 2 years. Its fun and it gives lots of opportunities to re up without spending but its got a lot going on. These side or mini games are a bit of distraction. Great site. Really enjoy few of the slots. However, the cost of chips, (not the potato kind lol), is way too high! And you don't get much playtime because of being so expensive for the small amount of chips you receive. Simply put, quantity is better than quality in this instance. Be more generous in the chip packages. Reset and fix your random generator, it is very faulty.

This game falls midway down the loooong list of slots games I've played; it's not the worst, but surely not the best! There are enough slots in # (though many outdated and VERY redundant) that I've been entertained for about two weeks now. I've had enough luck without purchasing coins to say it's more fair than some. But the lack of mini games and side missions leave the game feeling as one-dimensional as the lackluster graphics. Weird "level" system makes it impossible to track progress. 👎

Used to be fun, but now the payouts are so rare it's not even enjoyable any more. Save your time for something else. News flash game developers, we play to have fun and losing over and over, never hitting the bonuses and getting bad payouts isn't fun. Second update: Has gotten even worse! Graphics are good. I've played DUC in the past and decided to try it again (it's been years since I quit)(I quit because the machines were soooo tight) well, I see that hasn't changed. I just started playing again and they're still super tight 😕 it's really a shame...they've got a great base with graphics and concept...but unfortunately, they fall short in the enjoyment category 😞

There are great games, however, it crashes alot and starts again from beginning. If I'm in the middle of winning off free game spins, I lose the extra spins. Happened 4 times in 2 days. And sometimes the games jump. Just when its going to stop on a winner, you actually see the screen jump. And if while spinning, the lines get blurred, I quit and get out. Other than that. This used to be my favorite game app, but not any more. The app has a tendency to crash at the worse times, like during a bonus round. I started with the free version but since last year when I decided to start paying for extra credits, it has often crashed whenever I made a payment (the purchase is made but it crashes before I receive the credits). I started to play this again after a year. I don't recall why I rated it 1 star. Maybe because of switching phones I lost original game. This game is very very different from 2 years ago. I have won exorbitant amounts but never a JP. Coin packages are too expensive is my only complaint right now. I use to love, love love this game. Now it sucks! The reels move to slow, the payout sucks & it's boring. I found another game & its the best. The payout is AMAZING! All the bonus payouts even better. We can send our friends multiple things to gain coins & prizes. Hate the new update!!! I like to choose my own machine and slow or fast speed! I feel like it is very generic now, no choices 😔, boring!! Hate to say that because I have been playing a long time. The bonuses come far and few and when you get the bonus there is no significant reward !! What happened? I have played this game for years. when i first started i could easily see how it was thebest rated game. but for the last couple of years, it has become nothing more than an over manipulative computer controlled frustration. if you ever hit a jackpot in a game you can forget about hitting it a second time on that same slot. Scatters or bonus spins are also far and few between. your bonus spins are so obviously manipulated. you have turned something fun and exciting into nothing short of a scam.

Beware of these scammers! Spent thousands of dollars over a couple of years. I deleted because I was robbed of the additional coins after using a coupon and also after getting robbed when I used the piggy feature to get more coins with the wheel feature which never appeared. I reported this to them and asked for a full refund. Over a week later, I was told my refund was under review and a resolution was coming soon. 20 days later, same response, I never received my refund or the missing coins.

Unless you want to PAY for the free chips to play, you do not get very far. I have sadly had this game o. My phone for longer than I should have. I'm beyond disappointed is how this company runs this game. Just really not worth the 2 minutes of game play for more than 9g of storage space! First you offered the "Plumber"option which never opened up the whole time period. Now the gift box wont open. You got rid of the winners club. Are you trying to tell us something? Is'nt this funny. 1 year later and the same problem comes back. I cant open the mystery box which prevents me from completing the daily missions. I think its time to find another slot thats dependable.

Love the game, amazing graphics. Be careful on any purchase from them. The same promo was in my special purchase forever. Every time I looked, it would say nothing to lose. So I buy it and lost both my money and chips in a hour. Now l am told I errored because the popup wasn't there. I won't error again. Just don't buy chips. Customer service tip. Keep your customer happy by giving fake credits when they feel duped for giving you real money and it costs you nothing to correct it.

I've been playing this system for years and now the developers/owners have gotten greedy. In the beginning, the graphics were awesome and the payout was even better. Now, you cannot play ANY game for more than 5 minutes before you lose all of your coins. The bonuses are awful and despite the fact that I've actually spent hundreds of dollars buying coin packages I can not seem to win a jackpot or maintain a healthy coin balance. My personal suggestion, seek other systems.

I have been playing this game for many, many years and the graphics are great. However, the payout has always been terrible. The Hat game is ridiculous. You'll have five hats and win such a minimal amount that is not worth even playing. My biggest complaint is if you purchase a goodie bag, you dont receive all the coins it states that you purchased. I contacted the Help desk and have received no response.
