Been using EBLI Sight Words Made Easy for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps kids (and adults) learn sight words and improve their reading and spelling. Looks like it’s part of this EBLI series of educational apps.
The main thing you do is work through different lessons and activities to practice reading and spelling common sight words, both regular and irregular ones. There’s also stuff on homophones, which is pretty useful. It’s got a nice, colorful design and the activities are engaging without being too hard.
Look, if you or your kids are working on reading and spelling, you’ll probably get some use out of this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a good job of making sight word practice kinda fun. Worth checking out.
