It’s basically a cozy little fantasy farming game where you gotta restore this magical grove by growing crops, crafting stuff, and uncovering the land’s secrets. There’s a pretty cool story going on too – you’re the new caretaker and you’ve gotta figure out what happened to the old one.
Here’s what you do: You plant enchanted crops and then automate the harvesting so you’re constantly earning resources. There’s also a crafting system where you can make all sorts of magical goods. And you can send your cute animal helpers to scout rival groves – that’s how you get the juicy lore bits. It’s got a chill vibe but there’s actually a decent amount of strategy to it.
Look, if you’re into these kinds of idle/simulation games, you’ll probably get a kick out of Evergrove. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can get grindy after a while and the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it’s a pretty solid experience. Worth checking out if you want something relaxing yet engaging to play.
