After the most recent update the app has become much more erratic and glitchy than it had been previously. It crashes frequently, especially in the middle of a spin: the reels spin continuously for several minutes, the control buttons unresponsive, then an error message comes up saying there's been an error, the spin couldn't be completed, and the game will now reload. When it reloads almost all of your coins are gone, even though it never finished even the 1 spin. Support is unhelpful.

Update: Played this game for many years, didn't think it could get worse. Now you rarely ever get bonus games and the Dragon bonus at max rarely give you a bonus. They could make a lot of money if they let you have fun in the game! Graphics are excellent, value is Zero. Even if you BUY coins, you used to get better odds, not no more. It's purely out to get every penny from you before you give up. Run away from this game!

The game is a cash grab. So that means it's rigged. You might find yourself with over 100 million coins and then that amount will diminish just under an hour. And it doesn't matter if you bet over a million coins. They have a respin feature that rarely activates regardless of whether your dragon is full or not. Even when they offer 20 thousand coins when you run out, you'll be stuck with that amount. The only things that can carry you is superb luck, a decent and active house(group), or money.

I have enjoyed this game for several years, but the slots have gotten tighter as time goes on. I used to be rewardéd by extended game play for my purchase of coins, but over the past year, this has lessened considerably, leaving me less inclined to make purchases. Customer support is also dissapointing. I recently inquired as to how to get back to my house after being locked out and received a canned response not addressing my question. I eventually figured it out on my own. You can do better.

I wish I could tell you my thoughts on the gameplay aspect of the app, but I think I have to pay to play. and I say that because when I go into the game and the first promotion ad pops up I can't X out of it as there is no response to that tap on ot. the $4.99 button has sensitivity, though. that's peculiar, to say the least. yeah, so, I give it a 1 star due to the creativity and artistry of the design for the promotion poo up that I cannot get past. Just like other Zynga slots games. Graphics are okay. Devs know full well the rates are terrible to try and entice players to spend real money, so why bother complaining about the win rate? It won't be changed. Annoying pop-ups that interrupt the spinning; I don't care about the gold chest or the quest I completed, don't force me to watch it. Nothing but frustrating. Only play this if your day is going too well and you want it to get worse.

Don't spend any money on this game! It's a great game, and was my favorite but i spent a several hundred dollars just to have it wipe itself out after a certain amount of time. It has reset itself back to level 1 three different times in less than a month. I don't spend another penny on this game. Went from level 500 back to 1, never changed phones or nothing. Rip off! Contacting tech support is no help at all, would have really liked to got back my game that I spent so much money on.

At first the game was fun and exciting. First slots game I ever tried out and I was pleasantly surprised. I never thought purchasing coins would be necessary to play, and for some it might not be. Every time I have purchased coins I seem to lose far more than win. Once my coin count is low, remaining competitive seems impossible. Bet big, win big. Yet it's difficult to buy big consistently without spending $100s. My advice would be you gotta pay to win.

Great for the first few months. Then after that it's been garbage. You collect and save all day for your coins to be gone in less than 5 minutes. It's supposed to be free, but it seems that they hook you for awhile and let you enjoy the game, then the only enjoyment after that "courting period " you have to pay to get any playing time. What a F'n joke !

The design, graphics and wide variety of games to play are great. However, wins/ bonus rounds are few and far between. If you don't make purchases of coins with real money, the overall game play is awful. Then, what you just bought is gone in a flash, so you buy more, repeat. Zynga is making a fortune off of people. Then we get so fed up and delete the app. Run away.

Changing my review. When you finally win a colossal or legendary payout on a 2 mil. It feels great! However, the bonus frequency/ payouts and payouts in general are terrible. Example: if I bet 5mil. I expect more than 10% return! Rarity to see all matching reels (if ever). Graphics for most games are great. The soundbites are great. However, I'm almost ready to delete out of frustration. DON'T buy coins, they don't increase your odds. Good luck!

It used to be fun, now it's a chore 😪 Zynga has decided to raise the bar on points to progress to the next level, so our house keeps bouncing from V1 to DG3. We all play daily and can't get anywhere. MY dragon rarely shows up, even in hyper mode, bonus spins don't show up, never win a jackpot (what's that look like?!) I can't even complete a card collection! I love this game,but you guys need to seriously change the algorithm so we can win and collect coins faster than we lose them! PLEASE 😭

When you play the Game of Thrones... I'm torn whether to start with the good or the bad aspects of this app. Short answer is "Save your money." I've been playing for months and got drawn into special offers more than once (honestly, I could have gone to a real casino with what I've spent on this game). Never got more than a little play time out of all the times I bought coins. On the plus side, games are fun with nice graphics. No matter your favorite character, you can find a slot with them.

I appreciate a developer having to make money and am happy to pay for the games that I enjoy. The cost to value of this slot game is exorbitant. I have emailed the developers in the past about it, but the algorithm seems to have gotten even worse. I understand slots are "random" but a $20 purchase should last much longer than 30-45 minutes with low to minimal bets. Great graphics. Entertaining slots. Not worth the cost to play continuously.

Great graphics and interactions. It was fun to play if you were actually winning. I even spent money buying coins because I enjoyed playing, but would lose it super quickly as well. If I wanted to take a break for a couple days I got demoted repeatedly which REALLY sucked. I finally uninstalled the app and quit playing b/c when I would click on notifications offering free coins it would say I already collected the reward. I couldn't get a hold of anyone to fix it, so I gave up on the game.

This game has great graphics and good wins most of the time. However, I do have a few complaints. No matter how many times I feed my dragon, I've gone entire days throughout the day of playing, and I'm not getting a single dragon respin. They're few and far between, and when I did get them, I won a very small amount most of the time! I've also made several purchases to increase my coin total, and it seems I just lose all my money! Even with big wins, I lose all that $$ with just a few spins!

Fun game at first. Good theme and graphics. However, once you're over level 200 the winrate drops off. For the last 2 weeks, I've logged in daily, collected my coins, hit a slot, and using the recommended bet for my coin level, lost everything back to zero within two minutes. The fact that this has happened for over 20 days in a row just tells me that they choke off your winrate to try to get you to buy coin packages. Because of that I'm uninstalling the app. This is not fun.

I am so close to uninstalling this app and saying goodbye to the BS. About half the notifications they send for free coins result in an error code, saying I've already collected the offer. It's still fun for the hour or two a week the algorithm let's me win. But once you hit the upper levels, the app just tries to get you to spend real money. But when you do buy coins, they disappear faster than those you win. Marketing department for this app sucks.

I've upped my rating because the games are fun and imaginative. Fun to a point of tearing your hair out frustration. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I think I have it. the developers of this game are constantly and consistently tweaking it to make it less enjoyable for its players...dragon spins producing lower and lower output as well as bonus games. you can play stick and win but the algorithms are gonna screw you anyway. Do any other players see this?

This used to be a great slots game to play. I've been playing for at least 3 or more years. Since the new owners I've lost and lost and lost billions, little to none of the dragon spins. I've always bought the kingdom pass but I'm at wits end with this game! I only stay to play cause I'm with a great team! Don't waste your time unless you like wasting time, money and real money!
