Reviews for Game of Vampires: Twilight Sun

Updated: They have now added many different events that change every few days so there is always something new starting. It's a great game but alot of the missions in this game are becoming repetitive! For example the fishing event that opens everyday. At first I really enjoyed it but after a few days I realized it I'd literally the same thing everyday, no new fish, no exciting special rewards, doesn't benefit the characters at all, etc.. Need to add new exciting things to the everyday missions.

I love the graphics and details of the game. My only complaints are is everything is VERY VERY meticulous and tedious! It shouldn't take me an hour or more to get through everything like collecting resources, collecting rewards, getting through all of the mini games, playing main missions, and upgrading wardens and characters! I want to be able to get through everything, and move on with my day. I don't need to be glued to this game for an hour or more at a time!

The graphics are great. the story so far (only on chapter 2) is interesting, if a little corny in places. Exploration is a bit simplistic, there isn't much actual strategy involved so far. most of the game seems geared toward the romancing side, which is interesting but not where I'm looking to focus my attention. Looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds ^.^

So they fixed the sound issue of it cutting out anytime you leave the game for anything as in guides or purchase. But now there is a bigger problem. It has started to crash something horrible. It used to never do that but for some reason it will crash about every 20 minutes or so and it's getting really annoying and frustrating. So another than that it's a really good game. But until the issue gets fixed it's going to stay at 2*

Beautiful graphics, good music, and story, but the combat system is lacking. I usually have four to give times more power than the enemy and I still sometimes lose. I had 107k power fighting a monster with 16k power, and I lost. I don't know why. So I go back and level up my minions and start winning again. Weird. Plus, the combat is kinda a boring afterthought: no real fighting system and over in half a second. Good, fun game overall, but not recommended for action game fans.

This review is after 1+ years of playing. the game is very p2w. the events are constant & they put servers up against more & more servers for the same rewards. the titles are temporary, and some titles you're spending 100-500usd for and things will eventually feel like a job more than fun. being f2p is hard in a p2w game. overall, more and more cash grabs come out, not much player appreciation, devs dont care about fairness or bug fixing. Spend your time and money on another game.

This game is a joke. I had to beat on my phone to proceed through the dialog. After less than 5 minutes, I had enough and quit. I will be uninstalling the app and not looking back. If you design a game that is primarily conversational, why not just allow the conversation to flow without requiring the need to tell it constantly. IDK, just annoying and to have to beat my phone for it to recognize that I'm attempting to proceed aaaaggghhhh! Yep, I'm not interested!

Seems like it could be a really fun game. I would suggest you play it off your tablet or computer. I personally am having a major issue with it. The font is way too small even with my glasses on to be able to read. So I am just clicking on whatever, hoping it does whatever ..I have to be honest..I have no clue what's going on. I do think I have a child now. Wanted to change his name, but got stuck with the name already picked out..BRIAN...Its not something I would name my child.

Unless you have major money to drop on a phone game, turn back now. The only game involved here is who is willing to spend the most to win an event. I'm talking hundreds and thousands. Not kidding. Anywho, with that said, I've spent more than I wished I had but I like the game. The art is amazing. There's not a whole lot to the game really. Spend money and click buttons. Rite of War is about as strategic as the game gets and is basically liars...and money. Yep, more $.

this game is ridiculous! I spent over 150 dollars in one single event because I'm been trying to accumulate the imp for months (which u can only get by placing in the top 3 of the event) and I got sniped in the last 5 seconds of the event. the only way to enjoy this game is if u have loads of money to spend on a game. otherwise there are many parts of the game u can't enjoy without fighting who's pockets are bigger!! it's bullcrap. I spend alot in this game, I will not spend another penny!

Game play is ok but it's one of those that you need money to advance or have the best experience. It's also one where you can be kicked out of participating if you lose a challenge. ** new review ** it's worse than I first thought. Don’t play this game. the devs just want people fighting and spending money. you can't win or get ahead without spending a ton. you might make advancement to some small form but it will a toll. players lie and it's encouraged for war.

There's tons of things to do, so you'll mostly need to be in a Guild in order to promote Wardens or you'll have to spend money to keep up. Storyline is pretty good, but you'll need to make sure that your Wardens are strong enough to save resources. There's romance, marriage, children, banquets and more. To better understand you'll need to take your time and read each characters backstory along the way. If you really like Role Playing games, then this is the better of them that are available.

One thing that could be offered, switching out of lovers. There are two that I really do not like and ruin the vibe for me. If it were a paid feature-- I would pay for it because I do not like them that much 😒 I wasn't expecting so much from a mobile app, and at this point, I'm mildly addicted 😅 P.S. You're most welcome! Great job 👏🏻 Update: Sept 2025 Details about the game! Yes, it is free but if you're impatient you can pay for things to speed things along. Also, your guild matters!

if you are playing to earn rewards - they don't actually pay out. it's dreadfully boring game. they make it so you can get looped to keep you doing the absolute nothing that the game offers. there's some story line bit that makes no sense but is slipable. the side games are mostly nonsense and the few that are fun disappear after a day (why). it's a huge waste of time.

Super fun game! But theres just SO MANY glitches! And it seems to be getting worse. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY, my first login lasts about 5 minutes before it crashes. The last big event kept making the app crash, which was beyond frustrating during a battle. The keyboard doesn't like to open in the chat, and then the app crashes. The rewarded ads have a habit of crashing the app, too. I know it's probably the servers being overloaded, but maybe the game needs less going on if thats the case...

This game is fun and engaging, unfortunately it seems as though its pay to play, I would rate higher bc I play hourly and love it bc of the ppl I've met, but the wallet warriors strip the fun away, and if you can rank 1st you lose your hard earned avatar after 30d. at least let us keep our avi but lose the bonuses. all and all it is a great game with a great story line. would rate higher except the pay to play and 20 coins for the exotic wardens.

I love this game so much. There's so much to do and the community is mostly friendly. Now here is the only thing I hate and it's driving me away. They are money hungry. I don't mind paying for stuff on a free game to enhance my experience, I do it on most games I play. But you have to compete with others for rewards that aren't even permanent and only the big spenders get them most of the time. They expire after 30 days or even less sometimes. The occasional permanent things are $100+

After playing for a week, I can't recommend anyone install this game. 1. It's Pay to Win and you'll hit a wall 2. The app constantly crashes, and other players report the same problems 3. Despite being a game publicly available on the play store with public servers, each server seems to be run by a select few players. They are not shy to tell you the "rules" and DM you for using core game mechanics in a way they don't like. It is overwhelming for new players trying to learn the mechanics.

While the game itself is beautifully done, it's frustrating when you work hard during the event periods to get first place and at the last minute, someone swoops in and dumps an absurd amount of money into it to take the lead. The reward for your time and hard work is left wanting... Again, I love the game and its many features, but the pay-to-win aspect is too much for my dusty wallet to keep up. If you are competitive and have money to spare, this might be the game for you.

Fun game but WAAAAAAAY too expensive. This is a game that makes you spend to get ahead. Lots of big spenders that dominate the game and don't let others win or be able to truly progress without spending big bucks. Can't switch servers without losing everything. I could go on cause there's definitely more cons than pros in this game. It's sad too cause it could be fun but the creators have gotten real money hungry.
