I’ve been playing Gin Rummy – Classic Card Game for a couple months now. It’s basically a super popular two-player card game where you gotta try to build sets and runs before your opponent does. Pretty solid app if you’re into classic card games.
Here’s what you do – you draw and discard cards, trying to get your “deadwood” (unmatched cards) down to under 10 points. There’s also a “knock” feature where you can end the round if you think you’re ahead. And you can even try to go for a “Gin” or “Big Gin” to get more points. It’s got a nice modern look and the AI opponent is pretty smart.
Look, if you’re a fan of gin rummy, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does the job and is worth checking out if you want an addictive card game on your phone.
