Overall it's a fun free game. I've been able to play without spending any actual money. It took a while to build up a solid bank of "money" (which I later recklessly "gambled" away). The number of pop-ups is absolutely obnoxious, far more frustrating to accept than losing 2 billion pretend chips! Upon loading, there'll be as many as 6 pop-ups, then when you click to open the screen for slots there'll be one or two more. Many of the pop-ups are repeats, which you can view again in the News area.

Made the mistake attempting to hit level 200 in this game for currency in another game. I will never make it, even after spending more money than I intended to. Level-ups take forever and if you increase bets to speed that up your money will fly out the door. I am one casino piece short of a huge windfall that would bring me many chips, but it's so artificially rare that I'll never see it. Unless I keep paying and paying, of course. No thanks.

Worst casino game ever. I used to love this app but for awhile now, it has gone progressively downhill. Sort of defeats the purpose of fun if you are constantly upset while playing it. Instead of rewarding people who spend money on the app, it most definitely seems like a case where the more you buy, the less you win. Seriously.. I can spend $50 and it lasts less than 10 minutes. I am very disappointed in the direction they went... It used to be fun. One more customer gone.

Since the update, my game crashes while trying to load up. Maybe it's a sign for me. I've spent hundreds of dollars in the past year and don't have anything to show for it. Game just eats up your chips to force you to buy more. Even tickets are horrible. I had 2/4 gold completed. With 300 gold tickets, I couldn't even finish the puzzle. Don't think I even got 1 gold ticket.

Been a member for quite some time and I am very disappointed in the changed odds. If they tell you they haven't changed them they're full of it. I've tracked the play. I suggest you play for fun, but don't buy anything. They hook you, then ya pay real money for fake money. Want them to explain (if they are using "industry standards") how you can lose more frequently now, then previously. I'm sure they track how much you've bought into their app. Must have to pay for those new sports cars!!

The game itself is okay some of them are really fun but like all slot games or social slot games they are definitely in it for the money the more you purchase the faster you lose your coin. There is a lot of bait and switch with their advertisements. And their customer support is sub-par. I've put in four separate requests with no response, every single time had something to do with a purchase. If any customer support response to this I would like to speak to a supervisor.

Just dropped my review to 1 star. Huuge now has made it even more frustrating by making the "gift box" level every 20 levels instead of the previous 10 levels. It takes forever to reach the 10 levels (sometimes months) now it going to be longer. I spend money to play this game only for Huuge to keep changing the rules for their profit. When will you guys start making something easier for once? Laugh out loud. I will not be making any further purchases.

Just a heads up once you make a purchase your winnings will come few and far between. The game is fun and I don't mind buying tickets to go for puzzle peices . The problem is once I made a couple purchases I would constantly loose and the puzzle pieces were almost non existent. Too bad I enjoyed the game but uninstalled it. Edit: I love the fortune cookie response.

I've been playing this game for 7 years now. Yesterday I uninstalled it. My advice to new players: Be very careful about spending real money. Set strict limits from the start, and be prepared for those limits to be tested as the game becomes less generous over time. To the developers: I genuinely enjoyed this game for years, but the shift toward aggressive monetization has lost you a long-term player. There's got to be a better balance between profit and player satisfaction

Trying to hang In there. UPDATE : Disappointed. I've waited almost a whole year to get 31 gold tickets and I didn't get not ONE gold puzzle. I've been playing this game 8 years plus and never has it been this hard. I use to spend money on here but stopped a couple of years ago when I paid for 50 gold tickets and got not one gold piece. I've played this game with the previous developers as well so I know the changes to the game. I understand developers earn money, but come on.

Take it from me, DO NOT spend money on this game! Just spent $100 on lottery tickets and got no gold puzzle pieces! They got too greedy! Your response is weak! I said what I said because this isn't the first time I spent money. Compared to those times and what I was able to win made the purchase kinda worth it! I was able to collect and win gold pieces multiple times so I was able to get 8+ golden pieces. I also won prizes from bronze and silver levels. This purchase I got none!

All the reviews about its just about taking money from consumers. As you level up, it gets less and less likely to have winning spins, since the last update, I've stupidly, tried on 2 different days, to make purchases, and even that was like playing the slots, would I get what I paid for, or would they just take my money and I receive no chips. It totaled 24.94 including a single dollar of Google play credit, that I got charged for and did not receive. I'm currently only disputing 2 purchases.

I lowered number of stars from 5 to 1. I was active in Huuuge for a long time until I wanted to just take a break from it, play some other games, and then come back to Huuuge afterwards. After I left, I began to see scores of ads from Huuuge on the other games, trying to lure me back. That in itself isn't an issue. What is an issue is that a many of these ads had no way of closing them short of force closing the game I was playing. Unacceptable. I won't be coming back as long as this continues.

Temporarily Fun. I downloaded this game to earn credit for another game and got sucked in for about a month, it is mindless and requires minimal effort. The first 150 levels were entertaining and moved quickly, but unless you intend to spend real coin, it gets slow and boring fast. They run temporary events that pay out the bare minimum to try and entice you to spend real money, but let's be honest, they don't make money unless you spend money so it's only rewarding (and fun) for so long. Enjoy!

The graphics and game play are great, and for a while it was fun. But the slot play is likely rigged and unexpected bonuses you get early on disappear. Payouts get worse. And you are constantly pushed to bet higher. Eventually all you're doing is spending money on the app. If they did more to support game play with fewer purchases it would be great, but the game is designed to make it eventually impossible enjoy game without frequent (and expensive) purchases.

I'm not sure who you contact when you make a purchase but the game doesn't give you what you literally just paid for??? 3 times now I've bought their "Special Offer" and got ripped off. I have bank statements to prove the purchases that I never received. After I pay it says "Failed Transaction" yet it's still taken from my bank acct??? So where did my $ go? This game owes me at the very least $100! There's no way to contact anyone when things happen like this. Hit helpful if you had this issue?

Was charged 2 times for two different purchase prices today when the game said "error, try again later" five minutes later I get double text for both purchases! Tried contacted support and not a single response. This game used to be fun, but machines have gotten tight, can't win the charms you need unless you have multi billions/trillions to bet high enough to win them. Jackpots are rare, and if you find one, it's always a mini. Thought I would try one more time, then this happens. Done!

Update: I'm sorry Huuuge, but I have to remove a few stars. For awhile now I have been accumulating my gold lottery tickets from leveling up in the game. I had over 250 gold tickets. I have used almost all of them trying to complete the gold puzzle. I got enough bronze pieces to complete the bronze puzzle twice! I cannot even remember the last time I was able to complete a gold puzzle. What's up with that?! I LOVE THIS GAME!!! I've been playing for 7 years now.

alright slot game, it does feel like the more you play the worse the odds get(forcing you to buy more coins). my biggest qualm with this game is that the longer you are a member the more their game pass costs. originally the two tiers were $3 and $5, then it went up to like $12 and $15, now the pass options are $14 and $20. quite sickening when you realize that it has quadrupled in cost per month. game passes should not be continuously costing more for the same things within them.

If you spend money in this game, your odds of winning are reduced drastically. when I played for free, I could win huge hits easy, every so often. Now after I've bought the pass, I'm lucky to get one decent win followed by 100+ losses. Don't even bother with trading. I'm nearly level 2000 and spent quite a bit of money. Needed one card. it was 2,000 trade coins. I had 800, never touched trading. edit: Improve your game or increase the odds for a PAID exclusive slot.
