Overall it's a fun free game. I've been able to play without spending any actual money. It took a while to build up a solid bank of "money" (which I later recklessly "gambled" away). The number of pop-ups is absolutely obnoxious, far more frustrating to accept than losing 2 billion pretend chips! Upon loading, there'll be as many as 6 pop-ups, then when you click to open the screen for slots there'll be one or two more. Many of the pop-ups are repeats, which you can view again in the News area.

Made the mistake attempting to hit level 200 in this game for currency in another game. I will never make it, even after spending more money than I intended to. Level-ups take forever and if you increase bets to speed that up your money will fly out the door. I am one casino piece short of a huge windfall that would bring me many chips, but it's so artificially rare that I'll never see it. Unless I keep paying and paying, of course. No thanks.

Worst casino game ever. I used to love this app but for awhile now, it has gone progressively downhill. Sort of defeats the purpose of fun if you are constantly upset while playing it. Instead of rewarding people who spend money on the app, it most definitely seems like a case where the more you buy, the less you win. Seriously.. I can spend $50 and it lasts less than 10 minutes. I am very disappointed in the direction they went... It used to be fun. One more customer gone.

Since the update, my game crashes while trying to load up. Maybe it's a sign for me. I've spent hundreds of dollars in the past year and don't have anything to show for it. Game just eats up your chips to force you to buy more. Even tickets are horrible. I had 2/4 gold completed. With 300 gold tickets, I couldn't even finish the puzzle. Don't think I even got 1 gold ticket.

Been a member for quite some time and I am very disappointed in the changed odds. If they tell you they haven't changed them they're full of it. I've tracked the play. I suggest you play for fun, but don't buy anything. They hook you, then ya pay real money for fake money. Want them to explain (if they are using "industry standards") how you can lose more frequently now, then previously. I'm sure they track how much you've bought into their app. Must have to pay for those new sports cars!!

The game itself is okay some of them are really fun but like all slot games or social slot games they are definitely in it for the money the more you purchase the faster you lose your coin. There is a lot of bait and switch with their advertisements. And their customer support is sub-par. I've put in four separate requests with no response, every single time had something to do with a purchase. If any customer support response to this I would like to speak to a supervisor.

Just dropped my review to 1 star. Huuge now has made it even more frustrating by making the "gift box" level every 20 levels instead of the previous 10 levels. It takes forever to reach the 10 levels (sometimes months) now it going to be longer. I spend money to play this game only for Huuge to keep changing the rules for their profit. When will you guys start making something easier for once? Laugh out loud. I will not be making any further purchases.

Just a heads up once you make a purchase your winnings will come few and far between. The game is fun and I don't mind buying tickets to go for puzzle peices . The problem is once I made a couple purchases I would constantly loose and the puzzle pieces were almost non existent. Too bad I enjoyed the game but uninstalled it. Edit: I love the fortune cookie response.

I've been playing this game for 7 years now. Yesterday I uninstalled it. My advice to new players: Be very careful about spending real money. Set strict limits from the start, and be prepared for those limits to be tested as the game becomes less generous over time. To the developers: I genuinely enjoyed this game for years, but the shift toward aggressive monetization has lost you a long-term player. There's got to be a better balance between profit and player satisfaction

Trying to hang In there. UPDATE : Disappointed. I've waited almost a whole year to get 31 gold tickets and I didn't get not ONE gold puzzle. I've been playing this game 8 years plus and never has it been this hard. I use to spend money on here but stopped a couple of years ago when I paid for 50 gold tickets and got not one gold piece. I've played this game with the previous developers as well so I know the changes to the game. I understand developers earn money, but come on.
