So here's my honest take on Idle Weapon Shop. I've tested a bunch of these types of idle/tycoon games and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The core loop of crafting weapons, selling to customers, and reinvesting profits to expand your shop is really satisfying. The graphics look great and it runs smoothly even on my older phone. Plus, it's free to play and you don't really need to spend money to enjoy it. The only downsides are that the upgrades can get a grind at higher levels and the ads can be a pain if you don't pay. But overall, it's a pretty addictive and well-made strategy game that I'd recommend checking out.

Description

Been playing Idle Weapon Shop for a couple months now. It’s basically a post-apocalyptic strategy game where you run a weapon trading post. The idea is you gotta manage your shop, craft new weapons, and sell ’em to brave explorers and hunters trying to survive in this crazy new world.

Here’s what you do: there’s a forge where you can craft all sorts of cool weapons, from swords and axes to bows and crossbows. You upgrade the forge to make more powerful stuff. Then you gotta sell the weapons to customers that come by, which gets you money to invest back into the shop. There’s also a bunch of NPCs you can recruit to help run things, which is a nice touch.

Look, if you’re into idle/tycoon games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the upgrades take forever at higher levels and the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a solid job of scratching that strategy/management itch. Worth checking out if you want an addictive game to sink some time into.
