So here's my honest take on John GBA. I've tested a bunch of GBA emulators and this one's right up there with the best. The core emulation is solid and the extra features like cheats and save states are really handy. Compared to some other options, the interface is a bit more user-friendly in my experience. Not gonna lie though, the initial setup to load your own ROMs is a little clunky. And the ads can get annoying if you don't pay for the ad-free version. But overall, it's a great GBA emulator that works well and has a ton of functionality.

Description

I’ve been using John GBA for a couple months now. It’s basically a GameBoy Advance emulator for Android, so you can play all your old school GBA games on your phone. Pretty solid app if you’re into retro gaming.

Here’s what you can do: there’s a ton of features like cheats, high quality graphics, Bluetooth controller support, and even Dropbox syncing. It’s got a built-in keypad so you can play right on your screen. And the fast forward/slow down option is super useful when you’re grinding through levels.

Look, if you’re a GBA fan, you’ll probably love this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky and it took me a while to figure out how to load my own game files. But overall it does a great job of emulating the GBA experience. Worth checking out for sure.

I've tried a few GBA emulators and this is by far the best. The interference is simple and easy, and the emulation is (relatively) easy on the battery while being...

I'm loving this emulator. my only gripe is when playing a game such as the "sims:bustin out" where moving diagonally is required. I've fooled around with the settings( making diagonals...
