So here's my honest take on Kids Music: Piano, Xylo, Drums. I've tested a bunch of music apps for kids and this one's pretty solid. The variety of instruments is great, and the different game modes keep things interesting. And the production values are high too, with catchy tunes and nice graphics. But it's not without its issues - the ads can get old after a while, and some of the content feels a little repetitive if your kid plays it a lot. Overall though, I'd say it's one of the better music apps out there for young children.

Description

Been playing Kids Music: Piano, Xylo, Drums for a couple months now. It’s basically a free music app that lets kids tap and play all kinds of instruments like piano, drums, guitar, and more. Pretty solid app if you’ve got little ones who are into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of different game modes where you can just freestyle and play around with the instruments, or try to follow along to simple songs and nursery rhymes. And it’s got a bunch of animal and vehicle sounds too which is pretty cool. And the whole thing is super colorful and kid-friendly – took me a while to figure out all the different features but it’s pretty intuitive overall.

Look, if you’ve got young kids who are interested in music, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a great job of making learning instruments fun. Worth checking out.
