Reviews for Kingdom Rush Vengeance TD Game

Not very good! The pay to win factor is off the charts! You buy the game and basically half the heroes and towers are locked! Think $5 each or so. Then the gameplay feels totally imbalanced and they just keep playing dirty like adding roads halfway through the mission. Just not much fun to play. I loved the first and second games. Disappointed in Ironhide. Down to 1 star after pestering me for a review i had already given!

It's a great game and exactly what I've come to expect from Ironhide studios. It has a great twist that makes the strategy is a lot harder at first in this game (at least for veteran players) giving you the good challenge and forcing you to think outside the box. I would highly suggest this to anyone who loves strategy games and doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg.(compared to other strategy mobile games) "I want to send a big thank you to Ironhide studios for continuing to create good games!!!

They got gready. Too much paid content for a game I already paid for. Go freemium or include all of the content in the base price. You WILL NOT get all of the content mentioned in the game description for the purchase price, it includes paid add-ons. This should not cost the same as a AAA PC game, which is what unlocking all towers and heroes would require. I own the entire series. Will not buy another game from them.

Even though this one is more $$ than the others, I was so excited to play. BUT it's all over after the campaign! NO additional levels! With it being more expensive to buy AND more expensive IN the game, you'd think we'd at least get the same amount of levels as before!! Super disappointed! I also paid for all the towers, and hated every single one! What the heck?

I really enjoy this game & I've played all the Kingdom Rush games. I even bought all the towers & heroes (worth the purchase). My only request would be, is that there is something to show you've beaten the levels on the higher difficulties. There was a badge in all the older games. It doesn't seem worth doing if there's nothing to show for it. Still, I love the game.

Really annoyed by the reviews claiming this is pay to play. I just beat all twenty levels without paying a dime extra, and I had fun doing it. Even without buying added content (heros and towers), this game is packed with plenty to do and unlock. Yes, towers don't break into two tiers, but there are also more towers available than in previous games. Not my favorite installment in the series, but it was fun and the few dollars I paid provided hours of entertainment. Would recommend.

Nothing exactly new, save for the new towers and heroes. What can I say, really? It's kingdom rush part 4, and it stays true to what makes it awesome and fun, with a few additions. Definitely recommend this game, and I also recommend investing $7 on the dragon hero, makes hard modes more bearable, if you know how to position him well.

Purchased the game but a lot of locked content hidden behind a pay wall. I'm an early adopter and have purchased all previous games before they were for free. In past versions, you had access to more champions and the full spectrum of towers. Unfortunately, the feeling I'm getting is that they delivered the least amount for the most they can get away with. Really disappointed with this one. Also, looking at other reviews, many of people are saying the same thing - listen to your consumer base!

I'd give this a 5 star rating, if it weren't overshadowed by the PC version. If you buy it on steam for he same price, you get access to ALL the content. While mobile makes you pay half the games worth for 60% of the game. Real dick move guys. Though, looking back at it now, I do see that the steam price is larger. But the price of the mobile game plus like, two heros would equal the same amount anyway. I still think it's a bit unfair.

I'm a huge Kingdom Rush fan, and was hyped for this game. However, it feels shorter than all other Rush's and a little easier too. Origin was stupidly hard, but Frontiers was easy, this is inbetween that. I like the focus on the story, but i really miss the almanac, I love to read the information on the little units. If Ironhide looks at this comment, I dont want them thinking its not a good game, it just needs to be improved a little bit. The graphics are a huge improvement as well, good job!
