Been using Kryss – The Battle of Words for a couple months now. It’s basically a crossword game where you compete against friends or random players in real-time. Pretty solid app if you’re into word puzzles and vocabulary building.
Here’s what you do: you get 5 random letters, and then you’ve got 1 minute to try and place them in the crossword. There’s also a scoring system where you get bonuses for using all your letters or completing certain words. And the chat feature is cool – you can trash talk your opponents while you play.
Look, if you’re into word games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
