I enjoyed playing the game for about 3 months but after an event last week I got stuck in the wrong server and can't return to my home server. I've sent dozens of messages to tech support and even emailed them through their website. They're happy to take your money but if you have any kind of technical issues don't expect them to care or respond to you.
Reviews for Last Z: Survival Shooter
← Back to Last Z: Survival ShooterReally wanted to rate this higher but the negatives far outweigh any positives, its another "base builder" game thats advertised as a running game, you'll need to build your base to advance which is time consuming, it will take days just to save enough resources to upgrade one building (the game only lets you upgrade one building at a time) only to log in and discover all those resources were stolen and now you will need to put days into the game again... only to have it happen again.
so the game went fine until ... you reach a certain point, then you are forced to PAY for a stupid license, or you can no longer keep building... the price to upgrade items gets astronomically high, so you will have to PAY to proceed with upgrades etc.... this design is a slow rip-off of the players .... in my opinion, you can definitely find a better game to play !!! it's a stupid idle play game that fools everyone ... if you download and play you will see exactly what I'm talking about!!!
Good game... but absolutely no way to contact devs about issues. You will spend money on this game but will not get help when that $20 is wasted on ambiguous, misleading purchases. Tons of content, but no guide, confusing. I would give the game play 4☆, but the greed and total lack of "customer service" merits 2☆. Could be a great game, just stop begging for money constantly, trying to trick us into frivolous purchases.Very disappointing for someone who actually wants to play the game. Greed.
I started playing this game about an hour ago and honestly it's entertaining, but within this hour the game rebooted 4 times. It rebooted 2 additional times trying to get my account linked. On top of that the controls are very slow and lag. I find myself double tapping often because it feels like it's not accepting the input. Not fun when you're playing a game that's designed nickel and dime you and press something you didn't want to. PS: after posting the game rebooted again. Uninstalling now.
Support never answers anything. Now they force portrait mode,I had previously declined the rewards offered for a permanent switch to Portrait mode, as it was presented as a one-time, irreversible choice. However, with the new ability to freely switch between the two modes, this feels unfair to those of us who made our decision based on the original terms. If you are going to force switch to portrait mode by just making landscape mode horrible I'd like the rewards that were offered at the time.
2-3 weeks in and I'm done. too much confusion with game play and too much going on for a base builder game. I started out wanting to shoot zombies and make fast paced decisions while shooting zombies. I ended up joining a group and leveling up. then the vs games came and the redundancy of confusing channels to get things accomplished coupled with the overload of tasks and challenges is far too much for anyone to keep up with. Walking Dead Road to Survival was simple fun. This game is a headache.
Money drain, no app support. This game is set up to constantly ask you for more and more money. In less than 30 days you can easily spend several hundred dollars and a few players who have been on for just three or four months have spent over $10,000. Most players quit by the first 30 to 60 days because there's really no return on your money it's just lost and the stronger players who have spent a lot of money are constantly attacking you and preventing you from growing. Money drain.
READ REVIEWS BEFORE INSTALLING This game is fun to a point - I'm not going to lie. What bothers me is the switch to a base builder to fight against others (usually you'll end up getting attacked by people 3x your level). As a free player you can only accomplish so much. There are certain cap limitations that make the game drag on. The learning curve seems mostly geared towards the "just buy items so you can win" mentality.
Get to the point to where you're upgrading all day for days annnnd that's it. oh, unless you spend money.. then you might be able to speed that up. Got two play a little bit more since the 25th.. Currently on day two of just trying to upgrade to move on... oh unless you pay.. of course. 8/16/25: got to the point to where you have to buy a "license" to build a building..
This game is kinda fun to kill some time with. but once you get to the point where other players can attack you while you are offline or not playing at all and take all the resources. you put time to collect. it becomes ridiculous and not fun at all. and all the pay to play stuff puts a player at a disadvantage to others. who only play the game in their spare time.
Terrible experience. I spent over $1000 on my account. I made an accidental purchase of $49.99 that google play refunded me for. I logged into my game account expecting the items to be removed. But noticed my account is blocked and must add another $49.99 to my account to play. This game is a money grab. The game support is non existent I have received no response. I wish I could get a full refund for all money spent.
It won't let me beat a level and my power / rank is way higher than the Zombies. I'm 81.19k ,and the zombies are 40.50k , and it's still impossible to beat. It's a terrible glitch. This been happening throughout this game. If your way more powerful, why it won't let you defeat the zombies? Really weird. Game improved alot and not glitching.Really awesome . It's working better now as if problems resolved.
They make it completely unbearable to play without paying the further along you get with enormous resources and wait times to build. They give you little incentives that help "speed" up the process but completely wipe out the benefits of it by just adding to the total time needed to upgrade or research, forcing you to once again spend to stay relevant. Don't fall for it. I can see this game becoming irrelevant in the near future.
It started out a fun shooter game in beginning then turns into hours of waiting for stuff to upgrade, etc. In a lot of fights, u can't move, you're just standing there while the game does it all. No fun in that. You can only fight so many rounds before so much stuff needs upgrading before u can battle again. It's just getting too redundant.
Game pushes you to spend $$$ but no Customer Support. at some point, you will have some issues with updates, account issues and/or not receiving what you pay for. good luck getting any help from Customer Service. default bot responses and no fixes. blanket statement responses. have an account i can no longer get into, just simply upgraded to a new and better phone, if you don't mind spending money and eventually having nothing to show for it, this is the game for you
around level 12, you have to spend too much time or money to play. not even to win, just to play. the ads you see are only about 10% of the game, the rest is resource collection which takes more resources to do efficiently. but guess what. if you dish out some cash you can gst resources. fun for first few levels, but ultimately a pay for play game (not even pay to win).
The game starts out just like the ads but quickly turns into a grindy hero shooter runner. The main gameplay is as a city building game, which adds to the grindyness. Also, the main plot is basically a harem dating sim. If that's what you want, sure, go for it. TLDR: Not really like the ads after you play for a while.
Game is only like the ads for a few hours, then it becomes a city builder/war game. It's OK, I played it longer than I thought I would. Finding a strong aliance to join is key. If not, You'll constantly be pillaged by the stronger alliances in your state, causing you to lose the resources you need to get stronger and help fend off the attacks. It's a vicious circle. Season 2 sucks so far. I recommend quiting beforehand and to not spend too much money during season 1, it's not worth it.
It's not a zombie shooter, you do that a tad in the beginning and then it's a side activity which ends quickly. This is more of an idle city building war game. Pay to play (obviously) but you can still enjoy it without spending money. This does add on time required to do stuff but still doable. You do hit the point where things start taking days to upgrade so it hits a dragging spot but they are generous with speed ups, bonus events for extra supplies and equipment.
