So here's my honest take on Legendary: Game of Heroes. I've tested a bunch of strategy/RPG apps and this one's pretty solid. The core gameplay loop of building your village, collecting hero cards, and battling other players is really addictive. And the clan wars add a nice social/competitive element. But it's not without its flaws - the monetization can be pretty heavy-handed and the progression does get grindy after a while. Still, if you don't mind the occasional ad or in-app buy, it's a pretty fun time-waster.

Description

Been playing Legendary: Game of Heroes for a couple months now. It’s basically a fantasy puzzle RPG where you collect hero cards and battle monsters in match-3 style puzzles. Pretty solid app if you’re into this kinda stuff.

Here’s what you do: you build up your village, train troops, and raid other player’s bases. There’s also multiplayer clan battles, which are pretty fun. And you can level up your hero cards with all sorts of special abilities – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into strategy games and RPG elements, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – there’s a ton of ads and the upgrades take forever at higher levels – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for a new mobile game to sink your teeth into.
