Description
Been using LetterSchool – Learn to Write for a couple months now. It’s basically an educational app that teaches kids how to write the alphabet and numbers through interactive games and tracing. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do: there are different game modes where you trace the letters and learn the sounds. It’s got phonics lessons too, which is pretty cool. And there are words associated with each letter – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful for building vocabulary.
Look, if you’ve got a toddler or young kid who needs help with handwriting and early reading, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on LetterSchool - Learn to Write. I've tested a bunch of educational apps for kids and this one's pretty solid. The game modes make learning the alphabet and numbers actually fun, and the handwriting practice is super helpful. And it's not gonna replace a real teacher, but it's a great supplement. The only downsides are the ads and the fact that it can get a little repetitive after a while. But overall, I'd recommend it if you're looking for an engaging way to teach your little one the basics.
