After years of playing and hundreds of dollars spent, they decide to "personalize" my use supposedly to win more money. Well, all it does is up the stakes so it is impossible to get to a higher tier, making me spend more money. And all this "we give you tons of free coins" is BS. Either it puts me back to my original play or I'm forced to delete. You guys decide whether you still want me as a valued player or not. There are tons of other slot games available!

This use to be my favorite slot game. But after the last update it's been very disappointing. Technical support hasn't been much help either. They keep telling me to reload the game. Which doesn't do anything. Well the latest update never helped. Product support team tells me I have too many apps running in background which I cleared. And they want access to my phone.

Made the mistake of buying the "piggy bank bundle" (only purchase on this game), now I never get a "watch an ad for 140k coins". It went to the spin for one free spin on a random game which usually ends up as nothing. If I run out of coins it's either pay or no play. Took a survey thought maybe it would "reward" me for completing, nope, nothing. It's unfortunate, the game is fun, would be more fun if it didn't feel rigged to make you pay.

This game use to be good. After the last couple updates it's like you can't even hit a bonus anymore. The amount of free credits you get is a joke, it doesn't even last that long and when and if you pay to buy credits; it goes so fast without any bonus or anything. This use to be fun. If you don't pay, good game to kill 10 seconds of fun, if you pay might as well go to a real casino and have a better chance of getting money back.

If I can rate this game a negative, I would. The bonus ready is a joke. The winning percentage on this game is low and pathetic. HAVE been playing this game for years and spent real money over time for in-app purchases, only to still end up out of coins quickly The only thing that kept me from deleting this game altogether was the bonus calendar feature each day where you had the opportunity to win additional credits, orbs, etc. But that's disappeared, so deleting app soon. The games are very tight. Payout is something that won't happen like other apps. It's very frustrating constantly watching videos just to get some coins. I love the games, but getting a bonus is very hard to get, so your coins just drain down in minutes. Then, if by any miracle you get up to 5 million coins, you lose it very quickly, even betting minimum, and then you are down to no coins.

The games/app was fun when I initially started playing. There was a good balance of winning. Now, I rarely win and barely hit a mid-game bonus. Plus, I don't think the cost of some coins is worth the value (i.e. 42 million for $49.99). How about 80 million coins for $49.99? The minimal free coins every 3 hours is ridiculous. I am close to uninstalling the game because its no longer fun.

This was my Go-To game until they made changes to make it pretty much impossible to enjoy without having to buy coins! Stage 1 challenges now set at 50,000 or 100,000 minimums when Bonuses at that level are likely to only give 100,000 to begin with!? That's a joke and you guys know it. Can't move up through the levels unless you buy coins. I'll be deleting soon if you don't change it back.

I tolerated the two week reset for years, but this last one is a joke. Three hour bonuses of 37.5k doesn't give me anything to work with in order to progress through the game. I'm have been an avid supporter for years and will give this the rest of the two week "season". If something doesn't drastically change, I will spend my money elsewhere.

This is supposed to be for entertainment purposes only, but how can you have any fun when you're constantly losing? Slot machines on a Casino floor have better odds of winning than the games on this app. Bonuses are low, and coin packages are pricey. The game's algorithm is designed to make you lose and buy more coins. Game missions are impossible to win. Beware i noticed a disturbing new problem, at least one i experienced. Every time I buy coins I can't get into a bonus and coins are gone in a few minutes. This game is terrible now and I have been playing it for years. Seems they want your money even more than federal government. Especially bad with glitch and notifications messing up spins. Don't know if it's intentionally or not. No longer a fun app. I am out more than 250 million coins. Enough is enough.

The slots are terrific....very fun! However, there are three issues that really bother me. 1) 3 hours between bonus coins. 2) the low amount of credits given is about enough to play a minute or so. 3) the coin packages are overly expensive! I would be willing to pay $1.99 for a 1000 coins but can't do $4.99 for 1000. $1.99 for 250 coins is way to much. You have a very fun app but can't afford it no more.

This game requires spending REAL $$. I love the games, but the free coin output may as well be zero. With 10,000 as the smallest bet in any game, you get about 20 spins a day. I've played it for a couple weeks to see if the bonus coins got better. They don't change. I'm very disappointed. I picked this app specifically for the game titles. They're exactly like the real games, but set to never pay out. Uninstalling the game now.

This game is horrible. Starts you with 10 mil that you would lose in less then 5 minutes trying to do daily missions. The following day, the missions are impossible to complete and don't offer selection of games that you like, but random games. You can buy 29.99 bundle and it would last you about 2 minutes. No wins, just buy bundles. And btw, support doesn't really help in any ways, so replies saying to contact support are useless. Just read the reviews here, they are honest.

This game was fun.. But not anymore.. they make it almost impossible to get any coins and you go 2-400 spins at a time before getting any bonus. This is the second time they changed the entire format. They set it up so we are forced to purchase to get any hit . And even after a purchase... You'll ready up those purchased credits before even getting a bonus most times. I've been paying a few years... But no more. I'm done to this game. They care more about money verses customer appreciation!

It is extremely difficult to get free coins! I almost deleted this apt. Because I always run out of coins, because you get very few bonuses. Also the bonus is low most of the time! All the player can do is wait for the Bonus Ready symbol. Usually, it's only a 300,000. Of coins after 6 spins of 50,000 its gone in 1 minute! Then you have to wait 2 and a half hours before you can play again! The selection of games is 100 per cent great. The problem is you.cant play them with no coins.

The ad popups have gotten out of control. I counted seven "watch this video for coins" popups in less than twenty seconds. If you accidentally click, the ad that shows will give a fake "x" at the end that sends you to a sketchy website instead of closing the ad, and you rarely get any coins at all for watching. Complete scam, I absolutely do not trust having this game on my phone any longer. Who knows what other sketchy things are happening?

IMPORTANT SCAM ALERT - stay far away from this app. First their game is designed to do one thing, get you to buy more. Rarely do they let you win, as the app drains you they bombard you with "buy more"popups. Now for the reason why. Nearly every time I've purchased on here my credit card is compromised shortly after, and I do mean EVERY TIME. I just bought more the other night on one of their "deals", and yep a couple nights later the deal was my debit card was fraudulently used again. STAY AWAY

Been playing for a 5 years now. I used to win. They have been around for 5 yrs and GREED has set in! The advertising is false I have never hit anything like it shows. You have to BUY coins at high prices and hope to get a good win. The 3 hr bonuses suck! Now the missions are ridiculous! Even harder to get anywhere in the game. Go through millions and don't even get bonuses. Pay lines don't match up with the real games either! 5 lines on dragon link supposed to be 25 but they changed it!

This game... is fun, has great choices of games. But it is the most frustrating one I've played. As many other reviews state, it feels impossible to build up coins! It's almost like they have programmed this game to take all winnings you may get, like once a week (maybe)... and coerce you to purchase more coins to continue to try and finish the mission you've gotten so close to finishing!! OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Beyond frustrating. Fun tho
