After years of playing and hundreds of dollars spent, they decide to "personalize" my use supposedly to win more money. Well, all it does is up the stakes so it is impossible to get to a higher tier, making me spend more money. And all this "we give you tons of free coins" is BS. Either it puts me back to my original play or I'm forced to delete. You guys decide whether you still want me as a valued player or not. There are tons of other slot games available!

This use to be my favorite slot game. But after the last update it's been very disappointing. Technical support hasn't been much help either. They keep telling me to reload the game. Which doesn't do anything. Well the latest update never helped. Product support team tells me I have too many apps running in background which I cleared. And they want access to my phone.

Made the mistake of buying the "piggy bank bundle" (only purchase on this game), now I never get a "watch an ad for 140k coins". It went to the spin for one free spin on a random game which usually ends up as nothing. If I run out of coins it's either pay or no play. Took a survey thought maybe it would "reward" me for completing, nope, nothing. It's unfortunate, the game is fun, would be more fun if it didn't feel rigged to make you pay.

This game use to be good. After the last couple updates it's like you can't even hit a bonus anymore. The amount of free credits you get is a joke, it doesn't even last that long and when and if you pay to buy credits; it goes so fast without any bonus or anything. This use to be fun. If you don't pay, good game to kill 10 seconds of fun, if you pay might as well go to a real casino and have a better chance of getting money back.

If I can rate this game a negative, I would. The bonus ready is a joke. The winning percentage on this game is low and pathetic. HAVE been playing this game for years and spent real money over time for in-app purchases, only to still end up out of coins quickly The only thing that kept me from deleting this game altogether was the bonus calendar feature each day where you had the opportunity to win additional credits, orbs, etc. But that's disappeared, so deleting app soon. The games are very tight. Payout is something that won't happen like other apps. It's very frustrating constantly watching videos just to get some coins. I love the games, but getting a bonus is very hard to get, so your coins just drain down in minutes. Then, if by any miracle you get up to 5 million coins, you lose it very quickly, even betting minimum, and then you are down to no coins.

The games/app was fun when I initially started playing. There was a good balance of winning. Now, I rarely win and barely hit a mid-game bonus. Plus, I don't think the cost of some coins is worth the value (i.e. 42 million for $49.99). How about 80 million coins for $49.99? The minimal free coins every 3 hours is ridiculous. I am close to uninstalling the game because its no longer fun.

This was my Go-To game until they made changes to make it pretty much impossible to enjoy without having to buy coins! Stage 1 challenges now set at 50,000 or 100,000 minimums when Bonuses at that level are likely to only give 100,000 to begin with!? That's a joke and you guys know it. Can't move up through the levels unless you buy coins. I'll be deleting soon if you don't change it back.

I tolerated the two week reset for years, but this last one is a joke. Three hour bonuses of 37.5k doesn't give me anything to work with in order to progress through the game. I'm have been an avid supporter for years and will give this the rest of the two week "season". If something doesn't drastically change, I will spend my money elsewhere.

This is supposed to be for entertainment purposes only, but how can you have any fun when you're constantly losing? Slot machines on a Casino floor have better odds of winning than the games on this app. Bonuses are low, and coin packages are pricey. The game's algorithm is designed to make you lose and buy more coins. Game missions are impossible to win. Too many dead spins for a "just for entertainment purposes only" app. Also, you have to bet big in order to hit progressives, which don't hit
