You get to hire doctors, nurses, and staff, and make sure each department runs smoothly. Every decision you make, from budgets to equipment, impacts how your hospital grows and succeeds.

There’s a ton of stuff to do – you can expand your facilities, research new treatments, and even specialize in certain areas like oncology or pediatrics. It’s got a nice progression system that keeps you coming back. And the clan battles are pretty cool, where you team up with other players to take down rival hospitals.

Look, if you’re into these kinds of management sims, you’ll probably get a kick out of Master Hospital. It’s not perfect – the upgrades can take forever at higher levels and the ads can get annoying. But overall it’s a pretty solid hospital sim that does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking for your next mobile time-sink.

So here's my take on Master Hospital. I've tested a bunch of these hospital/business sim games and this one's actually pretty solid. The graphics are great, it runs smoothly even on older phones, and the strategic depth is impressive without being overwhelming. And i also like that it's free-to-play and you don't really need to spend money to enjoy it. But it does have some issues - the repetitive nature of the gameplay can get old after a while, and the aggressive monetization with ads and timers is a bummer. Still, if you're a fan of this genre, I'd say Master Hospital is worth checking out.
