I enjoyed this game much more before it started sucking up all the diamonds, no matter HOW much I spend. I've spent $70/80 in a day and still can't close with diamonds left. No matter how many goals you have to reach in a game, they don't give more than 25 moves to do so. Which seems challenging until you have to spend 900 diamonds for the last move OR it gets doubled and tripled to win. Now I see ads portraying things not in the game🤦🏾, and this Throne Room, sucks!!!
Reviews for Matching Story - Puzzle Games
← Back to Matching Story - Puzzle Games I love this game, 5 stars! It's so calming and satisfies my need to organize. I just want to clarify for others that the gameplay is different from the ads. The ads show a house renovation story, but this is a fantastic merge game on an island. If you're confused, you're not alone! But give this version a try, it's great!
I adore games like this... until you hit that level where it goes from fun to grueling (about 415 on this game) and no matter your skill and no matter how careful you are, the ability to win a level on the first try is almost non-existent. I hate having to play levels over and over again because I have no cheats and I don't want to buy them. I miss when games were based on skill level and not potential dollar amount.
Great game, very addictive, no ads, just a very cool and peaceful game to play. I never thought I'd say such a statement, but, I must! I love it. A VERY enjoyable game to play, time just passes, no pay to play. Yes, there are things you can purchase to have more diamonds, etc... BUT NOT NECESSARY! Graphics are great, just an all-around awesome game, I have a few medical issues going on with myself, and for the last several hours since I downloaded and have been playing, it's quieted my mind.
The ad where the guy says that this game actually has the story of the woman and daughter is completely false. There's an occasional side "bonus" level where you have to fix a room up but it's also nothing like the ad. Otherwise it's not a great game. Just a mashup of other better games. No ads but eventually you'll need to spend money to advance. If that's what you're into, then you'll probably love it.
It's a cool game.. But.... Way, Way too many things on home screen. They either need to remove some (if not all) of the purchasing offers or limit the side games. Space to store everything that needs to be completed is also too small, I now have like 12 to 15 items Im trying to complete in an area the size of a thumbnail. It's very crowded, and with poor eyesight, it's hard to see what's what and what needs to be matched or move things around.
Nice game, but I do wish gem payouts weren't so cheap. It makes it boring after a while because you frequently get stuck on a level that no amount of power ups can solve. And there's no other option but to quit. Not enough space for merges either, so you have to sit on chests earned. And no, I won't buy the TINY plots available for more space. Too small to be of any benefit.
No Longer Matching (glowing). The game was extremely fun. I enjoyed seeing and playing the different levels (loved the animation). However, within the last week...the matches stopped glowing. It is very frustrating especially when multiple boxes to open. I've turned it off from the settings menu. I've shut it down and even checked for updates. NOTHING has worked :-(
Very cute, laid-back game. No stress or pressure. No timed assignments. No ads. Lots of optional cute race games. There are, of course, things for sale with real money, as with all games, but it is not a pay-to-play game! The match 3 puzzles become more difficult as you go. I'm in the 700's, and the puzzles are now too difficult for me. I do recommend it, it's really nice while it lasts.
New "gripe" about this game: once you get to some of the higher levels it lets you win 1-2 levels and then you lose the next several levels by a single move. I guess the developers think that will encourage folks to spend money to buy additional moves. It actually has the opposite impact on me--it makes me double-down on not spending ANY money for this game. It's also encouraging me to uninstall it. Still rating it as 2-stars for this reason.
fun game. It's well developed, and there are countless things such as goals and competition with other players that'll keep you playing for hours. The only issue I have and why I removed 2 stars is that it's designed to motivate you to spend money. You basically have zero chance to compete with other players unless you spend money on the game, and you know which players do because there's no way they can progress like they do unless they break out their pocketbooks.
I have enjoyed this game for a while now..it quit working for a bit, but now I can play again. although it's fun, I keep seeing ads that are not at all how the game is played. I am over 3k levels..I actually tried to download the version I saw, umm no. the ad is not this game. should show how the game really is. frustrating to not get game you want.
This game used to be fun. It has now joined the rest of the other matching games with its predatory actions. Easy levels require several attempts to complete. Hard levels require several hours to complete. Super Hard levels require several days to complete. But hey! Spend real money and you can bypass all of that. Remember when games like this were fun and an enjoyable time waste while being free? Pepperidge Farm remembers.
NOT the game advertised! The photo description shows that familiar game where you help the lady and child in the freezing cold. I was waiting for it... I have reached level 171 and still haven't seen that storyline. There are no ads but a gazillion in-game buying propositions. 3rd game I have installed with same results. It's a good game. Same as others the further you get, the easier it is if you make purchases. I am reminded of bingo drive/blitz with the collections in the game. 2bdeleted ugh
I play all the time. There are a few things that are a little off compared to other matching games. It takes away your super light ball if you can't finish a round. Others will honor it. The storyline isn't consistent. One minute you are helping someone, and then all of sudden you don't see the character anymore. Also, there's no diversity with the characters. It's a strange spin on Disney. Its cute & I love the levels & merging concept, just a few small frustrations that wld cause me to switch
They have me stuck in a stupid "Trophy Hall" which is EXTREMELY HARD levels, and you have to earn 24 chests to get 1 singular chest! The regular game you can't access. You used to beat a level and you got a chest. That was how it used to be. I have not finished finding a ton of things or even all of the characters. I am so mad. And the Snow White roll dice game. I beat all the levels days ago, but that is still going and a huge waste. I am so mad. Give us the original game back NOW!
Compared to others it's pretty great. All games monetize, but this one doesn't do it as intrusively. It's the only game I haven't deleted after a few days. It doesn't force ads either. It does get difficult after level 200 or so. Without purchasing aid, it's tough. However, I've played almost all the similar games, both merge and match 3, and this one is the best.
Most frustrating monetisation model I've ever seen in a game. This game unloads SO MANY in app purchases that it's mind-boggling. It's honestly hard sometimes to navigate the game world without accidentally hitting one stupid purchase offer or another, and it seems to drop in another one every thirty seconds or so. Games like this are beyond predatory, should be illegal to make something so obviously targeted at financially crippling folks who'd spend money on this garbage.
No ads. It's difficult finding fun mobile games without ads or without ads every level like most games now. I've been playing this game for some months now. Thank you! For real, I just want to pay games to relax, and I can't relax if I have to keep clicking off ads or accidentally hitting buttons from ads. *Chefs kiss*
This is an awesome game!! Been playing for quite a while now. My only thing is now that there are "new levels" it won't give me what I need to finish getting my last character... You should be able to play the regular game, to get get your charaters, and have the choice to do the "extra" levels. Other than that I have NO complaints!
