Played new character, had no help, got reported for feeding. Getting reported takes down your overall score. This happens to often. Im usually support/ roam but i play other roles just as well. If you're a marksman and your roam helps everybody but you, you'll get reported and your score goes down. Good luck appealing. đź‘Ť
they have absolutely no customer service and for some reason I can't purchase diamonds anymore plus I can't link my email to the account either as it keep saying invalid format so I dont recommend this game to anyone as they have a hacking issues im sure though o can still play i can't buy anything so I won't be playing it anymore and might just delete the account in general. do not play this game if your spender like me it has no customer and thats not a exaggeration!
The game is good. but the matching making is absolutely terrible. They will give me you the most braindead teamates match after match. It sucks because the game is really good. however, it just becomes infuriating with the terrible match making. it feels like if you do well the game intentionally holds you back unless you 1v9 every single game. If you coming league of legends the match making is infinitely better. You better have 4 other friends or your not going to have fun.
I've been playing this game for years now and its one of the only mobile games I've found enjoyable anywhere near this long. I say all that to say the game is amazing and if your on the fence about getting it I thinks its at least worth a shot. Also devs please add more items to the game to spice it up more, i understand more items equals less beginner friendly but its worth it to keep players coming back and staying. The system is designed to keep you in game for as long as possible. Unfair match making makes you team up with people below your rank while the other team is always set up with people who are higher rank than you. they do this to try and keep you stuck in the same rank for as long as possible, which in turn makes you stuck in the game as long as possible in return increases their profits.
I love the game. it's addictive and I keep coming back. problem is. they hate Americans. we get no offers, they ignore our reports, and falsify appeals do of we get reported for something someone else caused, Is invalid of we appeal it. I love this game. I hate it, too. You have an entirely separate app for the US, but the English server has no English speakers, and your report bot is still broken and your customer service is a joke. I'm not spending any more money in this til it's fixed.
the game is broken. matchmaking is a joke. you would be better off having bots as teammates most of the time. The game has a way of pairing you with players that get no kills and die 10+ times. they can fix it, but refuse to. they only promote/cater for team play. if you have anything short of a 3-5 player team will lose most games. I wouldn't spend any money on this platform won't take my account info and switch over. Google fails every time to log in.
I wasn't aware of this app until I encountered issues with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Unfortunately, the US version is definitely not as good as the original. Many features available in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang are missing in the US version, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, since my account is primarily linked to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, I've been having problems making in-game purchases. The game as more issues such as an unbalanced matchmaking system and much more.
Finally uninstalled this game, after playing it for years. The problem with Mobile Legends is the paired up system, I'm a veteran pro player. But every single time I search for a match, the system intentionally pairs me up with inexperienced players. That does nothing but feed from early game and always running away, when you're engaging with the enemy. So what's the point of playing the game while being dragged down by players who are low rank.?
Terrible experience if you are solo player. After some time you begin to see which heroes are broken especially in Brawl. Tank items are basically useless when even some non tank characters are beefier than the tanks. Was fun when I was in a group, but has solo player would not recommend. Even if you do manage to climb to Legendary, you be knocked down several levels by next season, making the grind basically worthless. If I was knocked down by even a little less it could have been forgivable.
