I've tested a bunch of adventure games on my phone and Mutropolis is one of the better ones I've played. The story and world-building are really well done - it feels like a fully realized sci-fi universe that I actually want to explore. The puzzles provide a good challenge without being too frustrating. And the visuals are just beautiful, with this cool retro-futuristic vibe. That said, the pacing can drag a bit in parts and there were a few bugs I ran into. But those are pretty minor gripes. If you're a fan of adventure games or just want something new and different, I'd definitely recommend giving Mutropolis a try.

Description

Been playing Mutropolis for a couple months now. It’s basically a sci-fi adventure game set in the year 5000 where you play as this guy named Henry Dijon, an archaeologist who’s on a quest to uncover the legendary lost city of Mutropolis. The story’s pretty cool – the whole premise is that after centuries, all of humanity’s greatest achievements have been completely forgotten, so Henry and his team have to dig up the past to try and piece it all back together.

There’s a lot of exploring to do, talking to weird characters, and solving all sorts of ancient puzzles and mysteries. You’ll come across all kinds of funky artifacts and technology from the old days. And let me tell you, things start to get seriously strange the deeper you dig. Not gonna lie, I got a little freaked out a few times!

Look, if you’re into adventure games with a sci-fi twist, you’ll probably dig Mutropolis. It’s got a really cool hand-drawn art style that I think works great for the setting. The puzzles can be tricky but not so hard that you wanna rage quit. Only downside is that it can get a little repetitive after a while, but overall it’s a solid game worth checking out.
