Honestly, Konami games are my absolute favorite to play when I'm at the casino, so the idea of them being free to play is wonderful. HOWEVER, the sheer amount of advertisements to buy something really knocks a couple of stars off. I declined about 10-15 offers when I first booted the game back up. It's just ridiculous. If there were an option to turn off all these offers on opening, you can bet I'd have it turned on. Edit: 01/11/24 Do not install. Cannot run for 30 seconds before crashing.

I recently reinstalled this game on both of my devices (Moto G 5G & Samsung Galaxy Note 8) as they are newer and have Alot more space than my old one. Unfortunately, however, it will not sync to my Facebook account (It gives me the option to do so but when I do, it still puts me as a new player). It also lags when attempting to load from the home screen. I don't have any of these issues with any other Playstudios games, so I do not know what is going on. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

I like the rewards benefits. I utilized them for the first time in Vegas. I don't like how every time you change from one game to another, you always have to go through the coin stores. Takes up too much time. Also doesn't download quickly like my other slot games app. Always waiting for it to reconnect. Now it's freezing and then it kicks you out. I have to keep deleting app then installing it again. Been playing for years. Never had this problem. Disgusted. Please fix the problem

It takes away some of the coins you win, especially if it is very large and somehow I have 2 and can't control which one comes up. Sometimes the 2nd one won't come up for days. Now it won't send the coins back to the person who sent you some. Even the gifts don't go to the other person. Hoped the update would fix it, but it didn't. Please fix.

When I first downloaded this game, everything worked great. Then, gradually or at least within the last year, I've been having problems sending gifts. Now, since it has been updated, I'm having problems getting my rewards(won't let me click to receive it or to close it) so I end up losing rewards. It also won't let me send gifts. Not sure what to do about it.

In addition to the wave of ads and "special offers" they give you every time you open the app, I feel like I'm being robbed at gunpoint every time I play nowadays. Used to be able to play for an hour and wash out basically where you started but something flipped in the last few weeks that completely tanked that odds to the point where it's blatantly obvious they just want you to spend money on the game. Complete shameless money grab. Not asking to just be given billions of free chips, but maybe don't steal from what I've stored up? Do no waste you time on this anymore.

A lot of potential, misses the mark completely. As a general rule, the gameplay is relatively enjoyable. But the entire game is ruined completely by the fact that you can't get any screen to load until you click out of at least two store pages where they try and get you to buy additional chips. And if you are using one of the slots, and your chips fall below the current bet that you're at, you get to click through both of those pages again. They clearly only care about your money. Look elsewhere

Too many sales attempts distract from playing. Still too many sales attempts before you can play the slot games!! After 5 or 6 sales notices l finally get to the game l want to play and their system signs me off!! I agree with Justin Tam review. Two years later and nothing has changed. It's worse because when you want to play a different game. You have to wade through 5 more sales attempts before you can select the next game to play.

missing paid features, poor customer service. I made two purchases in the same day. They were each supposed to include chips, free spins and a pack of cards. For one I didn't get the cards. The other I didn't get the spins. No resolution from customer service. I also reached out as i am having difficulties getting my tablet to match up with my phone app. Absolutely no response from customer service.

About 3 weeks ago my settings just changed without my initiation. So, I can't get my free video points in Facebook mode. All free video points have only been allowed in guest player mode. So, I hate that! Plus, my points that I collected every two hours went back from almost 400 thousand to just 325,000 thousand points. The exact same as guest mode. I wouldn't have a problem with that except that I have worked so hard to get to the point where I was collecting 187,500 from fan page freebies. I would appreciate it if you would fix it and restore my credits and settings.
