Fun to play until you reach level 1000. The bonuses and large payouts seemingly disappear, and you're left buying chips to play, and losing them as quickly as you bought them. For it being pretend money, y'all are sure scared to pay out. And now, I get less chips for the same amount of USD. I would gladly trade back all my rewards points for a chance to play the game for more than 2 minutes at a time. Robbery!

Ever since the last update the payouts have been lagging. I win a big jackpot and it doesn't credit immediately to my account. I have to spin 2, 3 or sometimes even 4 times before the full amount of the win credits to my account. When I click on the daily bonuses, they don't credit to my account. I've been playing this game for some time, and mostly always enjoyed the experience but lately I feel as though I'm being cheated. Thinking of stopping and moving on to something else.

Its fun. Entertaining and I've used the rewards with ease. But over the years the push to buy chips have gotten worse and worse. After this most recent update, its literally 3-5 mins of ads to buy chips before you get to he actual game. Not sure if its a glitch or what but it now feels like I have to jump through hoops just to play the slots lol. I get that you want us to buy chips but throwing ads at us for a solid 2-5 mins when we log on isn't the way to do it. It actually discourages me.

I wanted to wait to rate the app until we had built up enough coins for a complementary room to test out the legitimacy and efficiency. The room is complementary, but you do have to pay the resort fees and tax which is about $50, plus any add on services like early check in, late check out, pet add on etc. We opted into an early check in so our end bill was about $110. Essentially you will most likely spend some sort of money, but wasn't near normal price of a room per night. Highly recommend!

There are better slot apps than this one, but I have been playing this one for over a year in order to earn points to redeem for comps. However, there are no good shows to redeem points for (would like Cirque du Soleil, Absinthe, even settle for a mentalist or magic show), and all of the good things are always sold out. I've been saving for a year to get one of the helicopter tours, but they're ALWAYS sold out. I'm about ready to just give up and delete the app.

great game for a while. The biggest problem with this game happens when you progress. when you progress the missions you have to complete are increasingly impossible. it's doable if you have a ridiculous amount of coins but as anyone knows, slots will take everything then you don't have enough to even get close to complete a challenge. gets the point where you either have to spend hundreds or get extremely lucky

The app is broken again. Once you close the first pop-up, the game freezes and won't load anything. Nothing you click on works. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and once logged back into my account, same issue of freezing after closing first pop-up. It is ridiculous the amount of times this game is down where it won't load properly. Update 6/27: Still issues with this game. I both submitted a help ticket in the app and emailed them directly. The only response I received was an automated email.

Pay to play, all the way! Look, it's a fun slot game with many different machines, but it's changed over the years from a fun game to 'pay to play'. The win/loss ratio has drastically changed, and just when you've finally won big, you lose bigger for extended periods. At this point, I can no longer finish daily missions as they are just that ridiculously high at my level. Hopefully, they will update it as it used to be fun. Now it's just impossible to even complete simple missions

It's one of the better gambling games, but multiple problems. It loses connection all the time, says Waiting to connect, and then game either just sits there or comes back and then eternally spins, and the only way to play is hard close the app. Also, the self-game advertisements get crazier and crazier. It takes minutes to actually start after loading, because you have to go through like 6 and screens to sell their packages first. Sometimes the add comes back over and over. It's irritating.

I don't like that after almost every spin, the dumb rocket lights the fuse and stops all game play. all for 1000 coins..literally after every 1 or 2 spins, it's extremely frustrating to the point, I don't want to play. why are you stopping game play. if we're not spinning, you're not making money. there are other gaming platforms that allow you to check or uncheck a bonus so when you're ready or after a hot streak or bad loss, that's when I go and play or. collect the bonus. Really
