Been playing New York Mysteries 2 CE for a couple months now. It’s basically a hidden object adventure game where you get to investigate some crazy murders happening in 1950s New York. There’s this whole mystery surrounding a guy who can apparently control lightning – pretty wild stuff.
Here’s what you do: you explore the city, search for hidden objects, and solve puzzles to uncover clues. There’s also a bunch of mini-games sprinkled in which is a nice change of pace. And the story is actually pretty engaging – I found myself getting invested in the characters and wanting to know what happens next.
Look, if you’re into hidden object games or just good old-fashioned mysteries, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – there are some pacing issues and the ads can get a bit annoying – but overall it’s a solid game that does the job.
