So here's my take on Numberblocks: Card Fun!. I've tested a bunch of educational apps for kids and this one's pretty good. The variety of game modes is nice and the Numberblocks characters make it engaging for young children. The graphics are colorful and the gameplay is simple enough for little ones to pick up quickly. My only real issues are the ads can get old after a while, and the progression between levels feels a bit slow at times. But overall, it's a pretty solid option if you're looking for an app to help your child with early math skills.

Description

Been playing Numberblocks: Card Fun! for a couple months now. It’s basically a series of card games that help kids learn numbers and counting. Pretty solid app if you’re into educational games for young kids.

Here’s what you do – there’s a ‘Snap’ mode where you match Numberblocks cards, a ‘Match’ mode to find pairs, an ‘Add it up’ mode for addition practice, and a ‘Tap’ mode that’s more open-ended. It’s got a ton of different card packs and levels to keep things fresh. Took me a while to figure out some of the modes but they’re pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’ve got young kids who need to work on their numeracy skills, they’ll probably get a kick out of this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it’s a solid educational app that makes learning numbers fun.
