Been using Otsimo | Speech Therapy SLP for a couple months now. It’s basically a speech therapy app with a bunch of fun little games and exercises to help with things like delayed speech, autism, apraxia, and other speech issues. Pretty solid app if you or your kids need to work on pronunciation and enunciation.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of mini-games where you have to say different sounds and words out loud, and the app uses speech recognition to check if you’re doing it right. There’s also a progress tracker so you can see how you’re improving over time – that’s pretty cool. And the games are designed by speech experts, so they’re actually helpful, not just random stuff.
Look, if you or someone you know is working on their speech, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
