So here's my take on Pango Build City: kids 3-8. I've tested a bunch of city-builder apps and this one's pretty solid. The graphics are great and it runs smooth, even on my older phone. And i also like that it's free-to-play and you don't really need to spend money to enjoy it. The city-building mechanics are fun and there's a good amount of depth without being overwhelming.
