I love this new papa's to go game!!! It's fun and exciting to see what the characters are ordering! One thing I do wish is with the mini games, I have close to or at 20 items for just one decoration. How can I delete some or make it so that the mini game that I like to play doesn't give me the same prizes.
Reviews for Papa's Paleteria To Go!
← Back to Papa's Paleteria To Go!there is some fun lost in this one. First, I would not buy the double unlocking customers because it would confuse me who would order that new ingredient. The second problem is that the rotation of restarting the day felt very restricted. Thus, I need to restart many times to let the game arrange a specific person with a golden envelope, and it's tedious and sometimes annoying.
Papa Louie games always have been and always will be the best diner games. If you've never played them online before and you're wondering if they're worth the money, they are. If you did used to play them online and you're wondering if the mobile versions are as good, they are. It is such a relief to play a game that just charges you a small amount up front instead of trying to nickel and dime you OR having to sit through 8 million ads.
The game is okay overall. I just have a problem with the scoring in the Toppings part and it's kind of boring since there isn't another food to make unlike in Mocharia where you make Canolli to go with the latte. Even when I bought the guide, I still wasn't able to score a 100. It's always "a tiny bit out of angle" when based on the guide, it really isn't.
I love this franchise so much, the lore, the characters designs, the gameplay, everything about it gives me childhood memories. I love the freeplay option where we can just experiment an have fun. I knew I had to have this game as soon as I saw the announcement, I highly recommend buying this game.
It's a stabdard papa's #####eria type game but this one is just... too boring. There's two types of papa's games out there. The ones where the mechanics combined with timing make it hard, and the customers don't go too hard on position (EX: cluckaria) and the ones where they're easy but they'll yell at you for being 1mm off. If you've played one of these games before it'll speak to you when I say I got the speed boost buttons before the timers.
I've been playing these games since I first found Papa's Pizzeria roughly when it released. Always a joy to play these. Great to see the team still finding unique and interesting ideas for chill, relaxing games. Interestingly, I find this toppings section to be the hardest to perfect, even with the plate guide. I think it mostly comes down to the 3D paletta design. I recommend that newer players try to align the popsicle stick when topping, rather than the ice. Go Flapjacks!
I always appreciate novelty mechanics in Papa's games, but this time, that wasn't it. As much as yummy those paletas are turning out, the game itself is too mind-numbingly simple and poses even less of a challenge than any of the previous games. There aren't even any extras to prepare (think drinks or cannolis from mocharia) so the game is mostly about waiting for the paletas to freeze. This of course makes all the furniture's bonus waiting points useless. Would love a hard more in the future
Definitely one of the more boring games. No sides with the popsicle, you just decorate. The peak of the franchise for me has been mocha because at least you could prepare specials to decorate as needed. I wish I could return to get a different game but I thought this would have the most features because it is the newest.
Very entertaining game from this maker as usual! I just wish two things: that you can throw away paletas during the decorating stage if you mess them up (because I've had a few instances lol), and a way to sell furniture, because I keep acquiring multiple of the same piece of furniture from the mini games. I really don't need 12 large tables, lol
This is my second Papa's game ever and I love the cute outifts!! The game itself is really fun so far, but having only played this one and the Mocha one I'm not sure if it's super good like a 10/10. But based on my low experience, I honestly really like it. Haven't noticed any bugs as of yet. Update: I've only played this for 1 day and it's super easy compared to Mocharia, but the customers take long to arrive so hopefully they arrive quicker as you increase levels, otherwise it might be boring
Another fun Papa game. The controls on a touchscreen are good, and the gameplay as always is fun. However, there are 2 annoying things about it. First of all, it seems nearly impossible to get a 100% topping score, even with the guide. The game is way too sensitive to invisible differences in angle. I know most people probably don't care about getting 99s vs 100s, but it irks me. Also, this one is somewhat simpler compared to other papa games.
the game is fun. I don't think delivering an ice cream bar makes any sense. I don't think the delivery driver would just carry it by a stick, there should be some sort of box. the stickers system is old, the decorations are more of the same, the upgrades in the shop aren't terribly unique other than a marked up plate. I would have liked to see some sort of speed up upgrade for the filling station
Love the idea and all the toppings, my only issues I have are the trash is almost a little too easy to throw away. 🤣 I threw away so many on accident..and the blueberry juice and yogurt are so similar I didn't realize I was adding it in all the time until I read the "what I was doing wrong" and it was still hard to see the difference, at least for me. Still love these games. I'm really enjoying this one. Also the beards for men don't match the odd haircolors, it'd be nice to have a purple beard
It's just as good as cheezeria! Great customization, new mini games, new holidays, and even more customers! The only difference is that customers don't order until they're at the counter rather than as they walk in. Also, there's a food truck activity to make your own creation. The only critique I have is that the games should have the option to delete clothing pieces in storage. Still, this game is awesome.
Making paletas was such an awesome idea for a Gameria. You serve what are essentially very fancy popsicles filled- and topped- with lots of unique ingredients. Most of the gameplay is very simple. The only tricky part is applying the toppings, which are very finicky in grading where you position them. There's an upgrade that makes it easier, but even then it's hard to get that perfect topping score. Still, very fun game!! Microtransactions are entirely optional too!
There's quite a bit of lag that always messes me up in the filling station. I wish the fill meters were more like the ones in Freezeria. And I really wish there could be an automatic fill upgrade for the filling station, I don't think it'd make the game too easy. I also with that the topping guide upgrade could be more helpful than just little lines. Something like Donuteria that could telling you if you have it angled perfectly would've been nicer. But I really like the game!
I really like this game, new layout and all but the one gripe I have about the "go" games is that you have to cycle through to get to any station. I would like more flexibility to touch the colors at the bottom to go straight to the counter I want to go. It's like I can't fully get into the groove of making orders because I a lot of times have to go from the last counter to the first counter, and in between to check on cooking food and it's frustrating. Please consider fixing in an update. ❤️
It's okay. The gameplay loop is the same as every other Papa's game, albeit it's significantly simpler than the previous ones. There's minimal difficulty for the first two steps of the process, but the final step wants you to be pretty precise. It's arguably the most difficult part of the game. The upgrade's lines do help, but they are mostly obscured by the paleta, which makes them a lot less helpful. It's a cute concept and it runs well, but admittedly it's a bit of a disappointment.
This is the easiest Papa's game I've played. I wish there was an extra section for making extras (how about snowcones?) The toppings station is easier once you get the guides but I've yet to 100% it, wants robot level precision. it'd be a great game if you've never played a Papa's game before as there's not as much going on as say, Cluckteria/Cheeseria. You can really breeze through orders. The wheels instead of the carousel for fillings are much faster, imo they should be in every Papa's.
