Been playing Pascal’s Wager for a couple months now. It’s basically a hardcore Soulsborne-style action RPG where you explore a dark fantasy world and fight all kinds of creepy enemies. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you get to control 4 different characters, each with their own unique playstyle. There’s also a bunch of customization and equipment to mess around with. And the story’s actually not bad – it’s got this whole mystery thing going on about the ‘Demiurges’. Took me a while to figure out all the mechanics but it’s pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re into challenging action games, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the progression can get a bit grindy at higher levels – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want something more hardcore than your average mobile game.
